We stayed three nights in the room with a lovely private veranda which felt spacious. Breakfasts were superb. Happy hour gatherings were charming. The owner was always there, cheerful and helpful at all times.

Bob and Shannon made the both of us feel quite welcome once we arrived and checked in. Bob is a most excellent chef as his breakfast creations were both delicious and different each morning.
The landscaping was beautiful and I felt like the center courtyard was our own private oasis.
August being a slightly less hectic month for them, we were able to chat a bit with both Bob and Shannon and they shared with us some of their adventures both as B&B owners and of their travels abroad.
I highly recommend staying with them for the obvious reasons but also because their close proximity to downtown Fernandina.

Room Tip: All rooms are visible on their website..... just pick the one that appeals to you the most.

Great location, good breakfast, comfortable bed. We stayed in Room 3. Bob and staff were efficient and attentive. Walking distance to a bunch of unique restaurants and art galleries that make Fernandina Beach a nice place to visit.

We enjoyed a beautiful weekend on Amelia Island, which was our first! The Addison was a very nice place to visit. We enjoyed a nice, clean, spacious room with a wonderfully comfortable bed, and loved the tub! The breakfast was nicely presented and delicious. Nice touches like water bottles in the room, complimentary snacks and sodas, and the Happy Hour.
