Carmen at Chokoloskee Island Park recommended Triad Seafood. That means I'll have to thank her again tomorrow morning, or after we come in from fishing. This restaurant is great. The screen enclosure is a blessing too(Everglades City Mosquitoes) I've never had a grouper rubin, what the heck, I'll just about try anything. It's a pleasant surprise (very good and different) my daughter and son both had the blacken grouper, excelent choice. The restaurant is very clean, the staff super friendly and helpful. Everything was fresh and prepared to order. The portions are great, and access by boat.
Folks the servers in Florida work very hard for a low wage . Please tip them generous, they deserve it, if something is wrong, don't take it out on them. They're hard working folks. A little pat on the back, is better than a put down. Thank them for doing a thankless job.
Next time we're in Chokoloskee, Everglades City, we'll be visiting Triad again. Tight lines and good fishing.

Thank Henry R

We visited the Triad Seafood Market and Café after an airboat tour, and the entire experience was delightful. The café sits right on the river, and it's screened so you avoid those pesky Everglades mosquitos. The breeze off the river cooled us, along with the $2 beer specials. We tried the Grouper Reuben (scrumptious) and the blackened grouper basket (tasty). Our server was friendly and efficient. A wonderful down-home café. You can bet we'll be back again.

We made a quick stop in here. Cool location right on the river. Manatees swam right in front of us. We both had blackened grouper and couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. The salad dressing was light and flavorful, and the peanut butter pie for dessert was fantastic. Couple that with the very friendly staff and you have a winner!

This place served the best grilled grouper I've had in the 16 years I've lived in Florida. Service was great and the views were beautiful. You need to try it!
