“Great tour -- highlight of our trip”
Reviewed March 3, 2012

This tour was the highlight of our week in Florida. The air boat is a great way to see the swamp and the abundant wildlife (mainly the many varieties of birds). Not cheap at $40 a person but worth it for us.

“Save the baby alligators!”
Reviewed February 26, 2012

The tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel very safe. It was amazing to be so close to wild alligators and to "fly" on the water at 40-50 miles per hour. The wonderful tour ended with a chance to pet a baby alligator - which could have been a nice ending had not been for the truth of what will happen to the baby. The baby alligator was kept in a dirty water tank barely twice its size where it was sitting on nothing but a plastic grid along with another same sized baby alligator in a room where a row of chopped off baby alligator heads were staring at you. We were told that the babies will be sold to an alligator farm and most likely end up like the other trophys in the shop.
I will recommend this tour to everyone I know - WHEN this business becomes eco-tourist friendly and they promise to set the baby alligators free and stop selling dead alligator heads.

“Great ride, Lots of birds and a fun and interesting experience”
Reviewed February 20, 2012

We were inundated with all of the advertisements for Airboat rides, so this one just happened to get picked! We are glad it was the one. Captain Mike was our boat pilot and provided us with an excellent trip through the waterways with numerous stops to explain what it was we were seeing and some of the interesting facts about the area. Coming across the usual alligator haunts was good, but coming up on one swimming in the waterway and then coming right up to the boat was special, at least for us. Seeing all of the different birds taking flight when we approached provided for many beautiful flying sights. This outfit, while appearing small, seems to be doing a great job and we certainly would recommend them to anyone wanting to experience an Airboat ride!

“Fun Time for All”
Reviewed February 15, 2012

We visited in February with my elderly father, my wife and two children under 10. We all really enjoyed the air boat ride. It seemed like a very long ride as well - at least 30 minutes. The views of the birds, flora and a few alligators made it fun too. Our guide also stopped the boat in a few places to explain about the everglades eco-system which was fun and informative.
We called ahead and made reservation which was nice as others who just showed up had up to an hour wait. No complaints!

“The best airboat tour we have ever done”
Reviewed February 3, 2012

We had done other airboat tours in the Everglades area and wanted to try a new one with our friends from Minnesota. We were all very pleased with our tour guide (Dwayne), the boat ride and the array of wildlife we saw. We went through grasslands and into some beautiful mangroves. We saw many alligators along with a nest and den.The guide provided interesting information along the way about alligators and their environment. We also saw many beautiful birds including the pink spoonbill. At the end of our tour we got to hold a live baby alligator for free. It was an enjoyable, informative excursion that we would highly recommend.
