Our kayak trips are like no other and when you paddle with us, you paddle with friends. Our groups have a small guest to guide ratio. We have a shuttle vehicle, variety of permits and paddling locations, comfortable kayaks (both single and doubles) and all of our guides are professional naturalists excited to share this wonderful place with "you" our guests.

The highlight of our family's recent trip to the Everglades! We took the 3-hour kayak trip with Justin. He was fantastic at explaining everything we saw and pointing out things we never would have noticed without him. He led us through beautiful mangrove tunnels where we saw many kinds of birds, fish, orchids, air plants, cypress, mangroves and more. The kayaks (singles and doubles are both available) were very comfortable and easy to navigate. If you go to the Everglades and have to pick only one thing to do, this should be it!! (And a word to the wise: skip the air boat tours; the noise scares away all the wildlife. Kayaks or canoes are definitely the way to go.)

We went with Justin on the 3-hour trip. There were five of us in our group, and Justin did a great job explaining all of the wildlife that we saw while kayaking. In our group, there were both single and double kayaks, and we were able to see alligators, birds and more. This would be ideal for people with little or no kayaking experience. Justin also recommended a spot near Everglades City to watch the sunset. We want to thank Justin and the other guide Allie for all of the work that they did.

We took the early morning (7a) Everglades kayak tour with Justin. There were three of us (10 year old son and two parents) and another couple on the tour. Justin had recommended the early tour to avoid the holiday-week crowds, and sure enough, we had the river pretty much to ourselves at the beginning. It was an overcast day with an on-and-off drizzle, which was perfect. Kept it cool enough to be comfortable. The kayaks were the most comfortable we've been in. Justin is a fantastic guide: knowledgeable, passionate about the locale, considerate of his clients, and funny, to boot! We saw some gators, lots of birds, and some amazing flora, the likes of which we've never seen. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Highlight of our trip.

What a fantastic kayak adventure with one of the most awesome guides in the country.
I was fortunate enough to be invited along to a guided kayak tour in the Big Cypress Preserve by some wonderful friends of Everglades Foundation.
Our guide Alli and her husband operate a first class Eco tour Adventure company and their vast knowledge really shines in the backwaters of the beautiful Big Cypress Preserve. When you meet the crew you are greeted by a professional van with quality equipment and everything you need including snacks, water and skeeter spray!
Alli guided us through mangrove tunnels and backwater bays chock full of Florida wildlife. She was quick to point out the mama gators and babies, educating, while keeping everyone at at a comfortable distance as not to disturb the wildlife. We also were fortunate to see the rare Wood Stork as well as many other birds like the Ibis, Blue Heron and numerous Hawks. Alli even spotted some little turtle friends for us taking in some sunshine.
Overall..wow factor 10+
I was raised in Florida. I have seen guides by the dozen, none compare to this adventure outfitter.
Save the Everglades and help support a small business at the same time!

My boyfriend and I did an afternoon kayak trip in big cypress preserve with Alli as our tour guide. Not only was Alli incredibly knowledgable about the wildlife, she was super friendly and fun to hang out with for a few hours.
I can't even remember the number of different birds we saw, over 20 I'm sure, we got to paddle through rivers, mangrove and swamps. We were a few feet away from mama and baby alligators too! A true close up with nature in a way you will never see from an airboat or swamp buggy.
The kayaks were a larger style that is more stable than most and fairly easy for even a novice to maneuver. You'd have to be pretty clumsy to tip the boats provided on this trip.
We also want to thank Alli and her husband Justin for a accommodating us on short notice. We had tried booking a trip with another local operator who didn't seem too interested in our business. When Justin found out we were coming from Ontario Canada, he and Alli went out of their way to accommodate us for which we are very grateful. We have memories to last our lifetime thanks to them.
