We found this nice Embassy suites in Estero Fl just south of Ft Myers. We were delighted with the price compared to other hotels in the area. We found that it was next to the Miromar Mall an outlet mall. Vera Bradley had 60% off all weekend. Nice Clean hotel and staff was very accommodating. Will stay again

Decent location between Naples and Ft. Meyers; directly off of 75. Rooms clean and comfy; bathrooms big. Good choice for family because of King bedroom and sofa bed for kids in a separate room. Outdoor pool area is very nice. Hotel restaurant is terrible -- dishes/utensils were consistently dirty. If you get to bfast later than 8:30 it is a zoo. The hotel does not have the room, tables or set-up to handle the hotel at close to full capacity. Lunch was also extremely unimpressive. Fish sandwich and burger were awful; fries were OK, but only got a handful on each of the 4 plates. Got nachos one night for a snack... menu listed 4 toppings -- got NONE; just a pile of chips with melted cheese and sour cream, guac and salsa on the side. For $10 the portion was an embarrassment. Evening reception is a nice perk: free beer, wine AND cocktails. Part of the appeal for this hotel is free bfast (especially with kids) -- I would not stay here again unless the restaurant cleans up its act.

Can't beat the free happy hour that they have daily. I think the HH hours are 5:30-7:30pm. Also, the free breakfast has a better selection than other hotel chains. Overall a great hotel that we will definitely stay in again if we go back to that area.

Our stay at the embassy suites was wonderful. It is a very clean hotel with large rooms. We were comfortable as a family of 5. The breakfast was well organized with fresh fruit and lots of choices. Every employee made us feel welcome. The shopping and restaurant choices around the area are wonderful. It is easy to go to area beaches from this location. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Stayed one night when driving from FLL cruise port to Tampa airport. We chose this hotel because of its location close to Miromar Mall. It was just perfect for us. We got our double suite early at 2 pm, went shopping for a couple of hours, and returned to find out the complimentary drinks available at the central bar. Really nice! Drinks and snack is complimentary (as is breakfast and wifi) but we did tip the waiters appropriately.
Large sitting area at the room with separate bedroom (double bed) and bathroom with shower. There is a coffee machine, microwave and fridge. Though we did not find any spoons, forks or knives - thinking about the use of microwave, that is. We did not need them, just curious how to eat in if there is nothing available. Two tvs: one in livingroom wall and the other in bedroom.
We had dinner at nearby Applebees (just walked accross the street). Breakfast was served at the same area where the drinks previous night. There is an omelet station available for made to order omelettes. We did not utilise the gym. We stayed at pool for about an hour in the morning. Pool was heated which we hate because it is too warm for us to cool. Lots of loungers and chairs, but all loungers were already taken by 9.15 am with stuff although people did not arrive to the pool during our 1.5 hours of stay. That is not nice.
Friendly staff agreed to give us an extra hour of stay when we asked for a later checkout on Sunday morning. So we went back to Miromar which opens at 11 am on Sundays and did some extra shopping to fill our luggage. Then we checked out, had a lunch at Applebees, got some coke from nearby Shell and drove to Tampa airport for our flight back home.
All being said - next time I will definately consider an Embassy suites hotel as an option when coming to Us.
oh, almost forgot: very slow elevators (we were at floor 6).
