Embassy Suites by Hilton Fort Myers - Estero
Ranked #3 of 4 Hotels in Estero

Now, you're wondering how can a 3 star hotel be the best overall hotel of all Embassy Suites?? The going rate was $150 on hotels.com and $130 on its website. We, as a group of golfers got a great rate of $109 a night and booked it for 3 nights. Great rate! So....what do you get for $109+ tax?? What can you expect from this hotel with this rate??

As soon as we walked in, the two people at the front desk were full of smiles and first impression make a big difference when you first walk in to a hotel. We were given a goody bag of water, snack and local attractions/map being a Hilton Hotel member.

Ok, we are told that complimentary breakfast is available from 7am - 9:30 am on wkdy and until 10 am on the weekend. Wow, cooked to order omelette table, fruits galore, cereal section, pastries, waffles and french toasts, etc. We actually looked forward to our breakfast every morning!!

Free wifi internet.....free parking, great location (right off of 75).....and, guess what??? Complimentary alcohol drinks and snacks available from 5pm to 7:30 pm!! We definitely took advantage to hang out at the bar lounge.

In our room, the beds were very comfortable with soft and bouncy duvets (sheets changed every third day), two flat screen tv's, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The shower lacked the water pressure I'm used to at home but that part was tolerable.

The pool was nice and decent and very clean. There weren't enough lounge chairs but we didn't complain as the weather was perfect and had plenty of sun! We ordered a large pizza while at the poolside and it was the best.....absolutely the best pizza we've ever tasted in a long while. In fact, it was so delicious that we ordered another one to take home on our last day. We reheated the pizza when we got home after a four hours drive, and it still tasted amazing! If you get a change while there, do order the pizza!

We had dinner at Fish House (read my review of this restaurant) nearby and other places but no need to mention their names.

We will definitely come back to Embassy Suites next year and if anyone is looking for a place to stay in Naples/Bonita Springs/Estero/Ft. Myers area, you will not be disappointed!!!

You won't be disappointed with Embassy Suites, Fort Myers at Estero, FL.....Friendly staff, great food & accommodation & location, great price & experience, and don't we all love the word "Complimentary"! Well done, Embassy Suites!!!! Keep up the good work! And, we will be back!!!

Embassy Suites is our hotel of choice - we are Hilton Honors members and have continuously been happy with their properties. This particular one was great! Check in was a breeze - we were given a welcome packet at the front desk which contained bottled water, snacks and information about the area. Our room was updated, clean and comfortable. The beds were so comfy. We enjoyed the managers reception (probably enjoyed it a little too much if you know what I mean) - beers, wines, cocktails and light snacks were all complimentary and unlimited. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious. I would note that seating at breakfast gets a little busy and we noticed many people having to take their food back to their room due to lack of seating. The TV's in the room were big flatscreens with remotes and the sitting area was a good size. Our room overlooked the pool. This property has a couple restaurants in walking distance - right across the parking lot is an Applebees and Rib City (which we ate at Rib City and it was very good). Just down the street is Miromar Outlet Mall and Florida Gulf Coast University. This property was about a 10 minute drive from the airport. We will still here again if we are in the area.

We always enjoy staying at Embassy Suites because of the spacious rooms, the manager's reception, and the cooked to order breakfast. We think Embassy Suites offers a good value. We received a fantastic rate (less than $120/night) at this hotel so we were extra happy! We checked in just in time to enjoy the manager's reception (ie snacks & open bar). The hotel was busy but the reception area did not feel too crowded.

Our room was very clean. It was spacious with the living area and separate bedroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The ac worked nicely. The room was quiet. We slept really well!

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Again, the area was very busy but the staff kept everything moving and well stocked. Had a great omlette and a nice cup of coffee.

There were only two negatives that I can think of. One - I was sorry we were only staying for one night! The other is very minor and just my opinion but I thought the check in part of the lobby was rather odd and unattractive but this really did not effect my stay. Next time I am in the area I would stay at this hotel again!

We have stayed at several Embassy Suites locations and this one did not disappoint. It measured up to high standards that we are used to seeing from this company. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast bar was one of the best run ones that we've seen. The only downside to the hotel for us was the distance from the beaches. We visited during our spring break which is a very busy time of the year for this area. It took us a long time to reach Ft. Myers Beach, but when we eventually found a different route and it was a little better. The hotel stay itself was excellent!

Am building a house nearby and this hotel fits my needs. Have stayed here many times. The staff are friendly and helpful. The included breakfast leaves nothing off the menu. Great location, centrally located for SW Florida. The "suite" accommodations are great for my situation, one of us is an early bird and the other stays up late. The 2nd room keeps peace, no disturbing lights being turned on and no noise to awaken the sleeper. As an added bonus, there is a manager's reception in the evenings.

We stayed at this hotel in early April in the peak spring break season. The hotel was full of families and students, which made for a hectic hotel. Through it all, the staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast crowd was huge and even though the lines were long, the staff kept the breakfast items stocked. The pool was crowded, but there were plenty of towels and the pool area was very clean. The rooms are nice, clean, and quiet. I've stayed here for business often, and enjoyed it just as much on this family vacation.

I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends The Hotel is probably the clearest and nicely furnished hotel for the cost. the Buffet Breakfast is Magnificent . You must go to the Edison and Ford Estates it is magnificent. there is a really good Mexican restaurant right down the street .
