Stopped at the South Fork Grill for lunch on 3/8/2013. Was very impressed. Quite an efficiently run restaurant. They keep an eye on everything and make sure your are seated and served promptly. Our waitress, Jessie, was super. She had a great personality and was very attentive. Would highly recommend this restaurant. We will definately return.

Ordered gnocchi and braised tenderloin it was cooked to perfection. Also enjoyed the fresh bread and baked brie with a bottle of wine. My husband had the seafood parpadelle dish and thought the sauce was a bit on the sweet side but had ample amount of mussels, shrimp, and scallops. Our server was dull but attentive and never asked if we enjoyed our meals. I would go back and home for a different waiter.

Just happened to want a bit to eat and stopped into South Fork at about 4:15pm. The restaurant was not crowded but the small bar was fully occupied; pleasant atmosphere, local pleasant chatty people. I am a local and know the Barabbas, Bonefish, Ruth Chris, etc., but this place deserves to be included as a restaurant to enjoy. The staff, from receptionist, to Krista, to Jay to Shawna(sic) were above pleasant and a delight to chat with. Bear in mind I was a solo at the bar so Krista and Shawna were not expecting a gratuity but both were deserving of praise. As for the bar menu, it was appealing and very tasteful. I ordered the coconut shrimp(a bit too few shrimp) but perfect; as well as baked brie where was a pure delight, pastry cooked to perfection and brie abundant. From observing the other plates served they all seemed presented with visual appeal -- and sure looked good to taste. Indoor as several areas to be seated, all spaced for comfort as well as outside seating, which always seemed well attended to by the staff. The two chardonnay wines(house) and two happy hour bites were very reasonable in price -- I felt compelled to over-tip and gladly do so. There is ample parking at Coconut Point and the restaurant is easy to reach from Route 41. Just park and walk into the restaurant. I fault myself for not having been to this restaurant previously -- not any more as I will visit regularly. Thanks again, Krista, Shawna and Jay.
