Love Stump Pass Beach State Park. Cost $3.00 to park, has restrooms and beautiful serene uncrowded beach. The beach is a great spot to look for Manatees and lots of tropical birds, animals. Love this beach. You can walk to the end and see Stump Pass which is a small entry way to the intercoastal area where locals anchor boats or go skiing. The west side of the park is where people anchor the eastside is usually uncrowded and sparse. Serene, Great place to photograph Tropical images.

Easy access, free parking, lots of shells and sharks teeth. Outside showers to remove sand from feet before getting in the car. Bathrooms are clean too.Great sunsets.

Get there early for your parking space as it is a small parking lot. But worth it. Lovely and pretty secluded!

This is some of the best wildlife viewing in Florida. I saw snakes, osprey, dolphins, lots of water birds, lots of shells, a raccoon and her baby and tons of other stuff. This is so worth going to hike early in the morning!

Lived here for 9 months now and explored all the beautiful beaches in the area and Stump Pass is by far the family favorite. Don't go there if you're looking for a party (that would be Englewood Beach). This beach is quiet, clean, full of birds, sea turtles, manatees and such. Parking is very limited. No snacks or beverages and NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED.
