Beautiful hotel, neat, clean, top notch. Nice pretty city, Howard Park is a great day trip, enjoyed the beach there, have to pay for parking tho, but that's the norm here in Fl. Pretty city, nice walk paths, piers, great resturants. Would not go back to "Olde Bay Cafe and fish market" tho that was reccomended by the hotel. It is VERY priciy, sides were nothing to speak of and no free refills on sodas, have to purchase individual cans and charged $2.00 a piece for each can.

This is a great location and very nice hotel. Only 3 miles from Clearwater. Very nice restaurants for seafood, the Dunedin Smokehouse is awesome, and the on site restaurant activity is awesome to watch... lots of money round here. Songwriters in the crowd!

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The location was ideal for us. Quiet away from the crowds in ClearWater Beach yet close enough to the beaches only 4 miles away. The setting of this location lend it self to a relaxing atmosphere. Lovely restaurant next to this hotel outside dining and a beautiful place to watch the sunset on the dock.

The location of this hotel is wonderful and the restaurant was lovely. I am sad to say that our air conditioning did not function properly, with the unit leaking in the room and requiring multiple resets by both the hotel staff and then by my husband several times during the night. When I mentioned this issue upon check-out, the clerk was more interested in settling my bill than hearing my concern and she was extremely curt. She assured me that the manager would call - it's been 4 days and I haven't heard anything. This is Florida; hot hotel rooms are not pleasant. I am not trying to evade a bill, but provide meaningful feedback.

Room Tip: Rooms near the pool area have large windows and the AC units are not of sufficient quality to cool t...

Great little place to De-stress from a hectic week. Lots to do and see. Everything was in walking distance from the hotel. Hotel staff amazingly helpful and courteous. Did not want his little trip to end.

We were int he area for a wedding and stayed two nights. We had a second floor king room, which had a view of the marina fromthe balcony. Florida is very hot this time of year and the a/c was wonderful. We used the pool several times and the staff was very accommodatin. We checked in early ( 11:00 am) and they let us have the room and were able to enjoy the area and the pool, restaurant etc for the whole day befoere the ususal check in time of 3 pm.I believe the woman's name was Slyvania ( ?) that made this all possible. Would definately stay due to the view and cleanliness. There is a new bar/restaurant/bail shop across the street, which had great food ( grouper tacos for $5) and had a breeze and fan.people spotted manatees, but after all these years of going to Florida, i stillhaven't seen one..There is an elevator ,which was great, since i had injured my foot at the wedding.Would stay again

Room Tip: try the second floor- so you are not overlooking the parking lot

Cute comfy hotel on the water. Friendly people everywhere you go. Can walk to great ice cream and restaurants and bars downtown. Rooms are a bit hot due to high ceilings and LOTS of windows and sunlight.
