The server was great - friendly and attentive and I love that the manager stopped by after we received our food and thanked us on the way out. Comfortable atmosphere.
Love the menu - all the standards (burgers, flatbreads, sandwiches) and some interesting Asian items too (noodle bowls, Vietnamese hoagie). I ordered a 1/2 Cuban sandwich and soup - beer cheese 'crispy pork belly'. The Cuban sounded interesting with smoked pork belly, salami, and ham but I found the smoked pork, while delicious on its' own, did not mix well with the salami and ham. The meat was overly salty and the small baguette was very difficult to bite into (the tear the lining off the rough of your mouth kind of bun). The beer cheese soup was very spicy (jalapenos?) and I didn't taste any crispy pork belly - perhaps they were supposed to add it to the top and forgot? Would not recommend either. The BF ordered a prime rib sandwich (special of the day) - great prime rib, caramelized onions, with provolone on a nice hoagie bun with potato wedge fries (homemade?) and a small portion of coleslaw with a hint of sirachi. He loved the sandwich but commented it was greasy.
Definitely coming back and going to try some of their lighter more adventurous menu items. Great addition to Dunedin!
