“Relaxed atmosphere for pleasant seafood meal”
Reviewed June 21, 2014

I wouldn't go out of the way to come here but it's in a calm section of town. Nice menu selection. Clam chowder was very fasty. Had a shrimp po'boy and it was quite tasty, noting spectacular but good. My husband had a fish platter; he was pleased with it. Not too pricey here, friendly atmosphere, families with kids are ok. Would consider stopping here again if on this side of town.

“Decent for the price”
Reviewed April 15, 2014

Ate here while staying in Clearwater, FL and looking for a "not so expensive" restaurant. Easy to get to with parking. Husband had chowder which was good. He had the grilled mahi with salsa which he said was good ... I had fried bay scallops which were ok also. Paid an up charge for a salad when all of the sides were starches and "they don't make baked potatoes during the week"! I suggested to wait staff that the restaurant consider adding a shrimp and grits entree or use their cheese grits as a "bed" for some entrees because they were quite good (and I'm from SC with a grits mill in the middle of our capital city)! Don't bother with wine - obviously not their forte! Key lime pie was actually good!

Great food and large portions. The staff was terrific. Kids loved it too. By far the best meal of our week long trip.

“Great fish, great service”

The fresh fish is excellent and well priced. The strawberry shortcake was wonderful. It is close to downtown and the beach.
