Resort hotel restaurants are rarely any darn good, Alma is the exeption that proves the rule. Staff was extremely good: friendly without being pushy and very knowledgeable. The wine that we wanted by the glass was not available so the maitre'd was asked and agreed to open a bottle that was not normally sold by the glass and that was actually a little better than our original choice. The food was sensational! Beautifully prepared and nicely presented. The decor is minimalist with LEDs but don't be put off by this, the food was really classic European without being garish. Great stuff, a hidden treasure. Expensive but well worth it for a memory.
