Toni was a fantastic server with knowledge of the menu and lots of suggestions for our meal. We had the snapper which came with a great story from their know your catch card on the entree. Had the wedge and a bread that was fantastic. Price was better than most in the area. Will definitely make it back.

The title says it all, right?

We came on a Sunday afternoon. We enjoyed the adult beverages, which were delicious...but lacked all the bar snacks you’ve come to expect from a good Bloody Mary (one olive, one pickled bean...yawn).

Of course we had a dozen raw oysters to start. My date had shrimp and grits which she deemed excellent. I had the gumbo which was spot on...it is on the spicy side, which I prefer, so if you’re sensitive to spicy it’s prolly not for you.

Staff was friendly, atmosphere was great, parking was plentiful. Jazz up those Bloody Mary’s and get 5 stars!

We had appetizers to start. I found what may have been a piece of plastic in mine I showed the server, she immediately said it was a piece crab shell and threw it on the floor behind her. So much for that issue, I guess. My husband had a dozen raw oysters, not cold enough for his taste and they looked slight deflated. Not plump and juicy.
He had the red fish and it was fine. I ordered the rib eye and it looked beautiful. But, wow, so over salted. The manager did say he would replace but I said no, and just packed it up to go. I thought perhaps it was my tastebuds and I didn’t want to complain again. Service was ok, seating was fine as the place was nearly empty. Everybody was friendly but based on both our dinners, we wouldn’t return.
