HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Had a group ages 71, 45, 15, 14, 13, and 12. These folks are terrific teachers. Everyone got up and rode. Had boards the right sizes for the various ages. Briefed us on the beach. Had us practice there. Took us out. Stayed with us the entire time, pushing folks into the waves over and over. Took tons of pics, then loaded them directly onto a phone without extra charges. Incredibly friendly and nice people. Convenient parking (don't laugh, a big deal in that area!) Get there as early as you can. The beach fills up, and the other tourists try to crowd you out of your surfing area (you need an open line to shore.)

My 11 year old son wanted to try surfing and since we are from the Midwest, a trip to Destin was the first opportunity he had. Friends referred us to Ride On Surf School and we were not disappointed! Dylan was so helpful to find the right lesson for my son. The instructors were attentive and spent a considerable amount of time with not only my son but the other students in the class. They were patient and tailored the instructions to meet each student’s individual skill level. They took professional photos and shared them with us at the conclusion. I recommend this surf school for anyone wanting to try their hand at surfing. The smile on my son’s face was priceless (although their prices are very reasonable!).

These guys are fantastic ! We signed up for a camp , multiple days and I highly recommend ! Chairs with umbrellas are provided for the parents during the lesson - my son absolutely loved the camp and all of the other kids did too ! The only unhappy faces we saw were the siblings watching that had chosen not to do the camp ! On multiple days we saw all levels and EVERYBODY surfed ! The instructors are polite , courteous and encouraging ! What a great service and confidence builder ! If you want the best beach memories ever , call Dylan and the guys at Ride On ! It is a Billabong camp and they make them proud I am sure ! Fun for all ages !
