We stumbled in with our family if six - two grandparents , two parents, and two children. By sitting in the bar during Happy Hour and enjoying food and drinks there, we saved a lot on our bill, because it is pricey. They accommodated the children with chicken and fries, while serving the adults. Husband had sliders off the special priced bar menu. They were delicious. I had the appetizer scallops, just two, but they were huge and firm. And my daughter and husband split the steak. Well prepared and delicious sides. The waitress did a great job serving in a right space. Next time we are in Destin, we will return.

I enjoyed a great dinner at Cuvee on July 31, 2014. Our service was exceptional and the food was very good. I would certainly visit Cuvee again.

Being a foodie, I have a chip on my shoulders about so many places in Destin that serve you "thawed out seafood which comes: fried, grilled, or blackened...with your choice of fries and hush puppies". Cuvee bistro is not that type of place. If you want to enjoy fresh, delicious food which is tastefully prepared...give it a try. Tanglewood Farms chicken is worth the wait. Chilean sea bass or grouper have been my favorite.

After enjoying a fantastic experience during the Cuvee Bistro Happy Hour in the bar, we decided to make a dinner reservation for another night. I have to say that the bar menu options are much better than the dinner options. The fish seemed to be under cooked and it was served on top of rice that was drenched in sauce. It felt like I was eating fish soup. I've had better fish entrees served at BoneFish.

Another HUGE disappointment was the cost of the bottle of Trinitas Moscato that we ordered. We have no problem paying for a decent bottle of wine but charging $60 for a bottle that can be ordered online for $10-$12 is insane. It was no fault of our waiter though since we didn't ask the price before ordering...it just seems like an unreasonable mark up.
