On a recent night out, I had the pleasure of dining at Cuvee Bistro. To begin the service was excellent and the staff were simply amazing! Attentive at all times, impeccable knowledge of the menu and extremely personable. The kitchen staff, led by renowned chef Tim Creehan showed why the restaurant continues to impress fine diners consistently. As recommended by my server Collin, I ordered the sea bass and it was "Da Bomb"! The portion was extremely generous and oven roasted to perfection with jumbo mushrooms in a miso broth. This is a must-visit for all occasions. I'll definitely be back!
