Sorry Sarah K--I bought some crabcakes at the farmer's market in Seaside. We were disappointed in them--they were mushy in. texture and tasted fishy...and I prepared them as directed. I haven't had a good crabcake in any of the restaurants down here since I moved here. So, from now on, if I want crabcakes, they will be prepared by me using my Grandma's (who was from Baltimore) family recipe. They are to die for and are strictly big lumps of crabmeat, sauteed in an iron skillet until a golden brown. Yum.
However, your brownies are to die for.
