After walking Atlantic Avenue and checking out the many restaurants, our choice for the night was Cabana el Ray. We arrived early and were the first to dine for dinner. Our server was attentive and offered mango and passionfruit mojitos that were excellent. Meal began with a yummy salad including hearts of palm, tomatoes, garbanzo beans, etc. Then we continued on to garlic pork chops and salmon with lobster bisque sauce, all accompanied by black beans and flavorful orange rice. This was a real treat and very large portions (headed to Kilwin's on Atlantic Ave for ice cream later).
