We had two pieces of toast (albeit French) and two weak cups of coffee and our bill was $18 for breakfast. Nothing dazzling here.

Back In Delray Beach for a week, to check out our vacation plans for the winter, and am surprised how many people are here on vacation...and very pleased to find that there are four new restaurants that have opened here since the winter.
Which brings me to my next review which is disappointing! Very surprised that Boheme Bistro located on Atlantic Avenue is still open despite all the good competition...I seem to recall going there once for dinner and being disappointed.
This time we went there for breakfast...and I am sorry to say...never again...Firstly the total cost for breakfast was ludicrous...$50 for two people....believe me I don't mind paying for good food...but this was nickle and dimeing...every little item was an extra charge...$5 for bacon; $3.50 for tea, $3.50 for toast!!My husband wanted an English Muffin, instead of the baguette...the reply was "It will be extra!" Nothing more annoying....and how miserable, and lacking in Mediterranean flair and hospitality...
C'est la vie... that is life... so long Boheme....

fried eggs in olive oil in a herbed pita wrap with tomatoes and red onions was a different and yummy way to start the day.

This simple French charmer does a very good job in every way. It has a relaxed stylish feel, and serves very good classic bistro food like onion soup. For lunch at least, there were also Anerican favorites like a BLT with ample crispy bacon! The prices are fair too, so all in all, it's a very pleasant place to dine. Many others obviously agree as they're celebrating 20 years!
