My wife and I were looking for a light dinner - and we came upon Ceviche Tapas Bar on TripAdvisor. We've been to the location years before, when it was a restaurant called Falcon House. After our dinner last night at Ceviche - we both agreed that the new restaurant is an improvement. The tapas menu is very large. We started with TABLA MIXTA - a mix of hams, cheeses, and fruit. Very, very good. My wife enjoyed the GARBANZO HUMMUS (I'm not a big fan of hummus), and we shared QUESO DE CABRA (goat cheese) - which was absolutely excellent. By the time the POLLO AL JEREZ (chicken w/pesto) came - we were full. Service was very good, even allowed us to sample a wine that we were interested in but not sure about. There was live music (solo guitarist) - which at times got a little loud - but overall created a very pleasant environment. Pretty good value also - and I am sure we will be back to sample some of the other tapas.
