Description: Ceviche Tapas Bar & Restaurant is a unique restaurant concept where atmosphere, culture and food blend perfectly into one. The flare and flavors of Spain are carefully fused together to create a unique dining and entertainment experience. The menu consists of over seventy-‐five tapas to share with recipes influenced by traditional dishes from old Spain. House specialties include an incredible selection of Ceviches, Paellas, Piquillos Rellenos, Gambas al Ajillo and their famous Patatas Bravas. Traditional Spanish desserts including Flan and Tres Leches are homemade in the restaurant. The award winning wine list includes an extensive selection of wines from the Iberian peninsula. Red, white and sparkling Cava pitchers of Sangria are prepared tableside. The unique dining ambiance provides for an intimate dinner, casual night with friends or dancing the night away in the Flamenco lounge.

“Great romantic hideaway - slightly off the beaten path in Downtown Delray”
Reviewed October 26, 2013

My wife and I were looking for a light dinner - and we came upon Ceviche Tapas Bar on TripAdvisor. We've been to the location years before, when it was a restaurant called Falcon House. After our dinner last night at Ceviche - we both agreed that the new restaurant is an improvement. The tapas menu is very large. We started with TABLA MIXTA - a mix of hams, cheeses, and fruit. Very, very good. My wife enjoyed the GARBANZO HUMMUS (I'm not a big fan of hummus), and we shared QUESO DE CABRA (goat cheese) - which was absolutely excellent. By the time the POLLO AL JEREZ (chicken w/pesto) came - we were full. Service was very good, even allowed us to sample a wine that we were interested in but not sure about. There was live music (solo guitarist) - which at times got a little loud - but overall created a very pleasant environment. Pretty good value also - and I am sure we will be back to sample some of the other tapas.

“Tapas Heaven”
Reviewed October 17, 2013 via mobile

I been to many Tapas places in different cities and this is one if not the best. Won't try to compare 309to Spain.
Solomillo and Gambas ajilo were both outstanding.
The pesto with the warm bread - well give into me intravenously.

“Best tapas restaurant in Palm Beach!!!”
Reviewed October 6, 2013 via mobile

My honey took me here for my birthday dinner along with family and friends. The food was excellent and a large portion for a tapa and the price. I will return over and over again. Kira was an excellent server and very attentive to our large party. Thumbs up Ceviche!!!
