chef Mark DuPont suggested he left the building. Guess what? The food is still top shelf here! My friends and I really enjoyed the food here on Sunday night. We ordered, Calamari with marinara, crab bisque soup, Veal Saltimboca, and Swordfish Picatta. All very nicely prepared and served with a nice bottle of Argentinian Cabernet. We didn't see our waitress for about 20 minutes at one point. Patti did a good job, but it appears management sabotaged Patti and needs to address the issue of service. Demitri, who did not really explain his roll at the restaurant, kinda filled in the time with his personality, but in truth people expect quicker attention than we got. It appears management is not addressing the wait staff issue. I will not blame Patti for the lack of attention. Otherwise, the food was very good, and we will give this restaurant another opportunity and hopefully they will address the issue of attentive service. There's a lack of organization between customer, kitchen and wait staff. Oh, and we had a one lady band who's music was perfect for the restaurant. I trust management will fix this issue. Thanks

We come to Florida every January and February. Last year we tried Saltimbocca. The restaurant had recently opened. The food was good but service was sketchy. We attributed it to the recent opening so gave it a try again this year. Food still good but service was even worse. Long waits for order to be taken and even longer between courses. Prices similar to what we pay in NY so no bargains. We won't give them a third chance.

I ate at the Saltembaca last Sunday night. We had been there several weeks before and the food, the Saltembaca was great. This last time it was awful. It was like the chef was on vacation. There was too much garlic and the cheese didn't taste right.

to get home to write a quick review. We found Saltimbocca a few days ago by accident....while looking for Mario's Deli. We walked in and saw the double table cloths, and nice table settings. We said this looks lovely and we must try it. We found ourselves in the area today and went with another couple for lunch. It was delicious! Our friends each had the Lobster Bisque with the Petite Crab Cake and Caesar Salad. They asked for anchovies...no problem. They thought the bisque was gourmet quality. I had Eggplant Parm......my first meal at any new restaurant. It came with a small side of pasta. If I like it, I'll go back. It was so good.....very little, if any breading, and very tasty sauce. My hubby had the Broccoli Rabe and Sausage and he was thrilled. Sometimes the simplest dishes are the tastiest, and this was so good. Our server, Edie, was attentive and answered any questions we had. Even the Cappucino was great....not harsh at all. We can't wait to return for dinner. Lunch prices were very reasonable and there is an Early Evening Menu. We are snow birds but not early birds, and assume the dinner will be as good as the lunch, even at a later time in the evening. Don't hesitate to give this year old restaurant a try.

Nestled in a non-descript small mall, we found the atmosphere "upscale", double table cloths, seating very nicely spaced, service excellent, noise level well within good levels (unusual here in southern Florida) and the food very tasefull, well pepared and generous, to say the least. And the wine glass was served FULL!!!

At the last minute, a friend said that they have an "early" special, I called back and made the reservation for 5:30 instead of 6:00 p.m. WOW!!!!! Three course, with beverage for $19.00 for Veal Saltimbocca, soup (or a heafty salad), Tramisu(or cheesecake, key lime pie or sugar free dessert). Glass of Chianti was $4.00. Can't be beat.
