Since I visited "Doing IT Green" has moved to another location, so I can only comment on the original spot on W. Atlantic Ave.in Delray. They feature incredibly fresh, locally grown and raised organic and though they have chicken and fish and meats (very good) one can tell the owners, heart is vegitarian. And this is not a bad thing, as everything is made from scratch and the chef knows his business. They were very successful, and the word is they have moved into the "trendy,chic" South Atlantic Ave. and probably have a few tables on the sidewalk like most of the places there do, except the very expensive Steakhouses and such. If this kind of appeals to you, it is highly recommended.
