We sat outside and the service was attentive. All four of us enjoyed our meals very much. Three of us had the bronzini and the other veal parmigiana. The beet salad also was very tasty.

SoLita = South of Little Italy, quite appropriately for the food and ambiance. Four of us shared a really good meal outside on a perfect Florida March evening. We shared a variety of small plates, meatballs, chopped salad, and eggplant. The main dishes were large and sharable. My wife and I shared the "frutti di mare" mixed seafood combination in red sauce, which we found a tad too spicy. Good wine list with all price ranges. Friendly, prompt service. We'll be back.

There is a test for a true foodie ... If you have a good meal the first time, and an even better meal, when you go back, a second time. Such was the experience at SoLita Italian. Nestled in the quaint Pineapple Grove area, the restaurant provides a family style experience that was perfect for our group of 32. The personal attention of the General Manager and, Danny, the group consultant, and every dinner staff, made our event wonderful. SoLita was able to adjust the menu to the tastes of our guests and presented a five course dining experience that was succulent in combined and individual flavors which were plated magnificently. Try the stacked eggplant or shrimp appetizer or the braised ribs entree. Yum.

Right off Atantic Avenue, SoLita is a nice place to eat, indoor or out.

Great for two or a larger group of friends. It provides a fun, upbeat environment with good food. The veal milanese was tasty although I felt the salad that topped it would have been better with a different dressing and smaller salad veggies.

Cheese cake was ok, although I have had much better.

We will return again to sample other menu items. Rating It is actually somewhere between average and very good, in my view.

Our party of 4 walked in 5 minutes before reservation and was brought to a table in a very warm room near Siberia, strike #1. We asked to be reseated in the main dining room where we were jammed into a very awkward table that was 1/2 banquet with a huge leather parlor chair and a plastic chair. The back of the plastic chair fit in between the two chairs of the adjoining table which had us in effect sitting together at two opposing tables...ridiculous, strike #2. Told hostess we wanted a standard table for 4 and pointed to an empty one in the dining room, she said standby. They than sat 4 people that had just walked in to that table, strike #3, we bolted to our favorite spot Tramonti, where without a reservation, they sat us immediately and we had a fine meal. We have enjoyed Solita on Las Olas but will never go back to the Delray spot again.
