Scuola Vecchia does not disappoint! It was love at first bite 2 years ago, and during our most recent visit, it was just as wonderful as last time! The pizza is delicious, with its fresh mozzarella, and perfect crust! They've even added a happy hour, with pizza and drink specials.
A must if visiting Delray.

We recently traveled to Delray Beach and founds this great pizzeria. My husband is directly from Naples area and the pizza reminded him of home. The owner was very friendly and my husband spoke Italian to the waitress. If you want to taste authentic Italian pizza, visit Scuola Vecchia and you will be amazed. Will defintely plan on returning there.

Very tasty pizza, tasted just like great pizza I've had in Italy. Called in an order and they were very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend it!

After visiting Keste Pizza in the village on Bleeker Street in NYC last week, we fell in love with traditional Neapolitan style pizza. After returning home to south Florida, I did a search for any similar pizza place and happily found Scuola Vecchia on Atlantic Ave. in Delray. It turns out that the owner of Keste was actually the mentor of the owner of this fabulous pizza place and the pizza is identical. Lower in calories and low-gluten crust, fresh San Marizano tomato sauce and fresh made buffalo mozzarella cheese that would never burn your mouth especially since the pizza cooks in 90 seconds in their wood burning oven. Try the Margherita pizza and you will not be disappointed.

We have been eating at Sculoa Vecchia since it first opened a few years ago. It has the best pizza in Delray. They have expanded their menu to include other Italian dishes. I usually will not order meatballs in a restaurant, but Sharon's meatballs are just as good as my mothers! The service is always friendly, and the food is fantastic. I am very happy for their success, they worked hard to get there.
