We are seniors who travel frequently. The Seagate, by far, exceeded any hotel or resort we have stayed at. The accommodations were first class. Every staff member knew our names and went out of there way to provide services which exceeded all expectations. The pool at the hotel was spectacular. My wife and her friend used the spa for an aromatic message and they loved the whole experience. We visited the beach club ( a five minute trip by courtesy trolley). We had lunch at the beach club, swam in the pool and ocean and had one of the most relaxing days we have had in months.
On Sunday, staff provide a private ride to Church. It was just one of many free accommodations provided. They also offer free rides to shopping areas. My car never left the garage.
Our advice....go for it, you will not be disappointed.

Room Tip: We stayed on the second floor which was convenient to the business center.

My husband and I stayed in a suite for a long weekend. When we got to our room we could not turn on the lights near the bed and tv remote was missing. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone up. 20 min later, still no one came. We called again and they said someone would be up. 20 min later still no one. We called back and demanded someone come up and a manager came quick. He said the lights were not plugged in to the right outlet for the switch and the bulbs were out so he went to get new ones and said that maybe the maid took the remote. Wtf. Way to trust your employees. After maybe 2 hours, everything was fixed and returned. Five min after the manager left, a hotel employee knocks on the door and says he is here to fix the lights. Wow. Lack of communication! Who runs this place? Similar thing happened when we called for more towels during our stay. Then the night before we were to check out, we asked for a checkout extension the next day at the front desk. The guy said no problem! The next day we go back to our room to pack and check out, and our key does not work! They locked us out. When we spoke to the front desk, they said there was no record that we asked to stay late. Unbelievable! The service sucks at this place and for the price of the rooms, they should get their act together. The rooms were really nice and it was a good location to the beach and town but there are other hotels to stay in. On checkout morning, we woke up to the noise of bulldozers too. Horrible!

we are thrilled with our stay at the seagate. The room. The service. The beach club. The spa. All spectacular. The staff is unusually happy and helpful. The bar and restaurant are great. Good food and great atmosphere. The location is really terrific. The car service to the beach makes it very convenient. The services at the beach match the hotel. Good food and helpful staff. Delray beach is beautiful and relaxing.

We needed a hotel in Delray Beach for just one night and we wanted to be able to walk to all the restaurants etc. This is a new hotel quite close to the beach but not on it. They have got around this issue by building a very nice each club and providing a shuttle. It is only 5 mins away and the public beach is only a couple of minutes walk.
The Hotel is modern and contemporary in style and nicely appointed from the light lobby with a huge fish tank to the pleasant scent that is perennially present. The rooms are very spacious with dark wood and rattan contrasting nicely with the light color walls. Great bathrooms and we had a nice balcony, although facing Atlantic Avenue means if you are on it it is noisy,
The only slight niggle is that this is an eco friendly hotel and thus the water pressure in the shower is pretty weak. Apart from that though they have got a lot right and for the money I have given it an Excellent Rating.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Great hotel within walking distance to everything. Very spacious rooms. Beautiful outdoor bar area with fire pits - a great spot to enjoy a glass or two if wine after a day at the beach. The Seagate beach club is great - a 2 minute shuttle ride. Drinks on the beach, great lunch food. Be sure to eat dinner upstairs one night - food us fabulous. The main hotel has a good cafe on the ground floor with coffee, light breakfast fare and snacks. And the spa was glorious!!!! Fabulous massages and facials!!! Going back again next year.
