I met the gentleman who started this restaurant. He had visited one of the high-class steakhouses in Boca Raton. He had shorts and a T-shirt and was not very welcome. So, he opened a high-end steakhouse which was not pretentious.
This place is NOT cheap, unless you visit the bar during happy hour off-season. However, wear what you want, receive excellent service, some of the best steaks and seafood you can buy anywhere in south Florida. The bar scene is great. You can sit on the "Avenue" and people watch. It is well worth the visit as the food is absolutely delicious and consistent.
I only give 5 stars to the best restaurants I've ever been to anywhere.
