I am a HHonor Gold member and spend a decent amout of time in Hiton Brand properties. The staff was very helpful and tried as much as they could. They were complety overmatched as the hotel was full to capacity. We check in at 10 Pm and found that we did not have sheets for the pull out bed. 45 minutes later they show up with sheets but no blanket or pillows. After many calls and a visit to the lobby I was otld they had run out of blankets and was offered duvet covers. Some how I got a knok on the door they found 2 blankets that looked like they found them in the basement, with cigarette holes. To my surprise i was told that the hotel still has smoking rooms
Breakfast was another challange, 1 person making omlets, doing a good job, but who can make 7 at one time. The rest of the buffet was also running short, no tray, dishes, you name it. When you did get the food it was good.
We saw plates and dishes sit for days in the hallways, including the ones we put out. We all started an over/under on how long they would sit outside.
We had lunch a few times at the pool, the food was good, again not enought staff to serve the guests.
Would I go back yes, does this place need work yes.More
