“Yum fun!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 18, 2012 via mobile

A fun experience for the entire family! A bit pricy and the syrup isn't great but other than that its fabulous! Keep in mind there is no air conditioning though. Pancake batter is the best around and the topping choices are plentiful. Kids and adults will both have a blast.

“Make your own pancakes.......”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 10, 2012

Make your own pancakes by use of the electric griddle that is provided at each table. They give you a pitcher of homemade pancake batter and a pitcher of wholegrain batter. You can order additional sausage and bacon for a nominal fee as well as bananas, bluberries, chocolate chips etc. The best time to get there is early in the morning, not much of a wait. I (we) will definitely be back.

“One of our favorite places”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 19, 2012

We go to DeLeon Springs 5-6 times a year, in the cooler months, and try to get there as early as possible, before the morning mist has burned off. Having breakfast in the morning quiet, with fish jumping in the spring run, is a slice of Heaven. The pancakes are hearty & delicious - we don't generally order the add-ins or eggs, but we do have the delicious bacon, sausage & ham. Meats are prepared in the kitchen, but the pancakes & eggs are DIY on the tabletop griddle. Syrup, fragrant raw honey & molasses are on the table. Your cheerful server will instruct you, and keep your coffee cup filled. There is a small gift shop with Florida souvenirs, natural products & local honey; one day, I'm going to treat myself to one of the butterfly wing pendants set in silver.

After breakfast, it's time to enjoy the state park. Our grandson loves to fish in the spring run, and splash in the spring fed pool. The water's pretty chilly, at a constant 72 degrees. There are nature trails, a small nature center, picnic & playground facilities, and lots of tree-shaded lawn. There is also a boat tour (tickets at the restaurant), or you can rent a canoe or paddleboat & go out on the river. It's fun, but a lot tougher coming back against the current!

“Beautiful surroundings, fun pancakes!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 31, 2012

What more could you ask for! We had a blast at this small little place. You sit at a table that has a small griddle built into it. They seat you, turn the griddle on and bring out a pitcher of regular pancake batter and multigrain batter. You can order things to go into your pancakes like chocolate chips, blueberries, pecans even peanut butter! Then you make your own pancakes. Pour the batter, add the toppings, cook, flip and eat! It is a blast. Extremely reasonably priced and all the pancakes you can eat. And they are good. Afterwards, take a dip in the spring fed pool or take a boat ride. A great way to spend half a day.

“PANCAKES GALORE !”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 28, 2012

Great little place for morning pancakes and breakfast. It is inside the FL State Park of DeLeon Springs, so it costs $6.00 per car load to get in. This place is always busy, so come early.
You cook your own pancakes on an electric griddle right at your table and you can pour and cook as many as you wish. It also has a cute little gift shop inside the restaurant. If you like PANCAKES, and loads of them, this is a great place to take your children and/or family.
