Bought a groupon deal for this place and it is the best deal I got. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was calm and romantic. I will be back to try the breakfast and lunch!!!

“Only thing lacking were lattes”
Reviewed November 12, 2012

On a Saturday morning, after our daughter's 5K race, we gathered up the 3 grandsons and went to Ivy Lane Bistro for breakfast. The selection is great and the prices are very fair with an ample children's menu. Their coffee was tasty but one of our party would have liked a latte and Ivy Lane doesn't have the equipment to make one. I would recommend a Saico or Juro espresso maker...you'll probably make your investment back quickly. The service was very cheerful and the day was lovely so we sat outside, which was very convenient with 3 little boys. Most of us ordered the special combo of eggs, biscuit, bacon or sausage, and hash browns at a cost of only $5.75. They also offer many waffles and omelets. Everything was tasty, especially the crisp biscuits but the potato hash browns were a bit bland. All in all, we were very satisfied with our breakfast and will definitely go back.

“Lost Customer”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

We had been going to Ivy's every Sunday morning for Breakfast for the last couple of years. Maybe once a month we'd go 2x in one week.Company would visit from out of town we'd always take them there for breakfast. We'd always order the same thing, eggs, bacon, fruit and rye toast. The fruit that we got at extra cost was a great selection with breakfast, not just a bunch of melon and oranges, but berries in season and a good portion. Just a nice place with good service and normal prices. Cost would be around $22.00 with a nice tip. Then they had the fire and were closed for a few months. As soon as they opened we were back. We ordered our standard breakfast and the girl said they didn't have any rye bread. Breakfast was OK, fruit selection was not up to standards with just melon and pineapple. Ok, that happens, they just re-opened... Next week same thing. The next week when we asked for rye toast the girl said the cook said he would have it for use next week. The following week when we asked for rye toast the girl said the cook said "he REFUSES to buy it". She said she didn't know why since we weren't the only people asking for it. That really put us out since he had such an ATTITUDE about something so minor. I mean, what does a loaf of bread cost? I'm sure with just us the profit from breakfast covers it, plus it keeps long-time customers that spend about $1000 a year just for breakfast happy. Even if we were the only ones asking for it I'm sure he could have used the rest somewhere else. My wife emailed them but never even got a response so we quit going there. A couple weeks ago on a Sunday we walked up to Main Street for the last day of Biketoberfest. We thought we'd try again. We sat for 45 minutes before we got waited on as they only had 2 servers working. This is on Biketoberfest with 100,000 extra people in town? Of course, no rye bread. This may sound petty but the attitude was really what bothered us the most. We'll never be back. Adios Ivy's

We were very pleased with our visit. We both had the lunch special grilled Italian wrap with fruit (wife) and sweet patato frees (me). Excellent meals. Very good service. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Worth a visit.
