Everyone was kind and pleasant that worked there. The place was clean from out at the pool to the room. Even with the renovations they were doing in the Lobby did not seem to effect us. I will stay here again the next time I visit Daytona Beach. The only concern I had was the elevator makes a grinding noise which made it a little nerve racking when in it.

My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights here in early October and really enjoyed it. We got a standard room on the parking lot side of the building at a very reasonable rate using a discount coupon. The room was very comfortable with a king bed, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The Internet was excellent. We discovered a problem with the bathroom light that evening but it was promptly repaired the next morning. The room was close to the remodeling work but that did not bother us, as we were gone most of the day when they were working and sat out at the pool and beach in the late afternoon. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. I really liked the location of the hotel and the free parking. We stayed on the south end of Daytona Beach in the past, but liked this location better as it seemed close to everything. The hotel was not busy and I was impressed that the Manager offered us, on his own, a free upgrade away from the construction work. We did not move however, as there was no problem. The breakfast at the hotel was more than adequate with cereal, yogurt and bagels in addition to juice and coffee. I would definitely return.

Lobby is under construction. Good access to the beach. Rooms are reasonably clean and quiet. Breakfast is very poor. Guest room set up for breakfast. Instant coffee not fit to drink and boxed donuts. Old style with outside access to rooms. Internet keeps dropping off.

From reception to leaving we enjoyed our stay. Our room had a wonderful seafront view and it was great to hear the sounds of the sea and wild life. The hotel has a clean pool and access leading direct onto the beach. The breakfast was included and included a good mixture of hot and cold food and plenty of coffee. Good sized clean room with clean beds. Nothing to fault really as we good more than the moderate charge we paid for the night. We love Daytona Beach area plenty to see and do and good hotels to sleep of the excesses.
