Had a wonderful time! Vary spacious room. Loved the convenience of having a kitchen. Loved the huge bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Nice to have two separate TV's (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). Easy access to pool/beach, parking garage, grocery stores, convenience stores, shopping, & restaurants!

Parking garage is awesome! Nice to stay dry when walking into or out of hotel if it is raining, and nice to park in the shade when it is very hot & sunny outside! Loved the fact that there was hardly ever any wait due to the fact that the hotel had three very quick elevators that went to our hotel room in the tower.

Only complaint (and this is very minor) is that the bathroom could use some more towel racks or hooks for hanging clothes, towels, etc.

Had a great time & awesome weather!!

When we come to Daytona we stay here for an in house Conference. We usually extend our stay every time. We find the location, amenities, restaurants and service we receive excellent. Location can't be beat for shopping and other restaurants near by as well. but why go out other then just a change of pace. The original tour we received was extra friendly and accommodating. They even welcomed us to use use the hotel beach and pool side for that afternoon, that first day we toured and that was very outstanding.
We first used the Hilton down the street and it is OK but we are much happier with this choice. This year will be our 3rd year we have been coming here. Can't beat the food and bar service and the many options for water fun in the pools, not to mention the beach which is awesome. So yes we highly recommend it. We will keep coming back

Room Tip: Take the Ocean view rooms on the side of the facility as well as front are breath taking and the kit...

I came to Daytona to run the beach race on Easter weekend. I was so surprised by this hotel. Very clean with tons of amenities. Great pools, direct oceanfront, spa, sauna, gym.. Lovely location on the quieter end of the beach. Across from Denny's, Olive Garden, stores like Bealls and etc. I will come here again. I would love to own one of the condos in the bldg!

After a disaster of a stay in Key West, Fl with the Sheridan Suites this hotel was very accommodating and on the ocean! Our 6th floor room faced the ocean and opened up to the beach to be able to sleep to the waves of the ocean! We asked for a room close to the elevator they even got it so that our room was only less than 20 steps to the parking space. Had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant and the waiter treated us like royalty! It is a little sad the weather appears to be not cooperating but there is plenty of things to do! Thanks DBRC for making our honeymoon a perfecting ending!

Room Tip: Used BOOKIT.COM and got a great rate! Our cost was 20% of Key West and better!

Nice location and great access to the beach. Nice hotel and good staff. 2 outside pools and an indoor pool. One outdoor is heated and 2 hot tubs. Lots of parking. We got an efficiency and it was decent. Grocery store very close by. I would stay here again.

I came as part of a ladies' retreat with 60 other women. We all had rooms in the north tower. Some had adjoining one BR ocean view rooms + studio suites for 4-5 gals. I chose an ocean view double queen room to share with a friend. The room had a roomy bathroom & a small kitchenette with everything we needed for the weekend -- microwave, refrigerator, sink, etc. We met as a group in Tides Ballroom A which was sufficient in size for us. All the employees we met -- from the front desk, servers, banquet manager - were friendly and helpful. There are two outside pools and a heated indoor pool, but I never made it to them since this resort is BEACHFRONT. I spent all my free time on the sand. There is a restaurant, but a food truck had parked close by so I walked there for Sunday's lunch. If you aren't local and don't have beach chairs or umbrellas, they're available for rent on the beach. The parking wasn't an issue since there's a large parking garage connected to the north tower. We WILL be back. It was a great place to retreat.

We stayed in the tower section of this resort during spring break. Other than the bathroom floor looking unsanitary & having what looked like pubic hairs all over it, this was a great resort.
I have to give their security a big pat on the back, because late one night we were awaken by college kids having a beer party down by the pool. We called front desk & within 5 minutes the party was shut down.
Some people are on here griping about the rooms not being enormous, but if you are taking a beach vacation, then you are not supposed to be spending so much time indoors.
The room had a fridge, microwave, dishes , silverware, & hand towels. That was enough for me to cook up meals for the kids.
We did end up going during bike week, which I did not see on the resort's schedule at the time I scheduled our vacation. I will recommend that if you aren't a motorcycle enthusiasist, then bike week(spring break) is not a good time. Our GPS said we had only 3 miles to our resort, but due to all the motorcycle traffic, it took us 45 minutes to drive 3 miles!
The good thing is that they were on the last day of bike week when we arrived, and this resort is far enough from the downtown drag area that it was not busy with motorcycles & noise.
Loved the beach! Loved the resort! But we did stay in the tower. And the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking!!!

Room Tip: Stay in the tower...can't go wrong there. Request full ocean view away from the street.
