Had dinner their last night. Very accommodating as we had no reservation. Attractive dining room, small bar. Drinks reasonably priced and service attentive. We shared a scallop appetizer that was very good. Excellent proportion of ingredients. We both chose to have the Weiner Schnitzel. It was dry and all you could taste was the breading. The sides were tasty. We asked about the desserts and were told they were prepared on site by a great chef. What a disappointment. We ordered the Blueberry Cobbler ala mode. The blueberries were not fresh (still available in the store) the shortcake or cobbler was very dry and heavy it didn’t work at all. The ice cream used as the ala mode was a good quality. So, when the appetizer is the best part of the meal it is a no go for us. If the dessert had been good I feel we would have gone back and had something else as the main course. I did see daily specials being served they were mostly fish but looked good
