Rented this condo for 4 nights. Nice location, only 15 minutes to Disney. Condo was clean and in order. Only minor complaint was that the condo directly above us had young children running around until 11-12 at night.

We had a great time at this condo. There was enough room to spread out and enjoy ourselves without feeling cramped like you would in a hotel. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio reading my book. There was a pool right next to the condo where I spent most of my afternoons. I can't wait to come back. My husband and I have talked about looking for a condo here as well. It is close to many attractions and baseball fields for college tournaments. Thanks Russell!

Lovely 3 bedroomed condo, very nicely furnished and well equipped with everything you need in a rental home. It is also only steps away from one of the pools. The location is ideal for the Disney Parks just 20 minutes. Bahama Bay gated community is very nice and safe with a choice of lovely pools, also a club house. Would definitely stay again. Good communication when booking with the owner, no problems at all thank you Russ for a great stay

The apartment was excellent! As described, it was spacious and most importantly clean. Furnished well just as shown in the pictures. The amenities were fantastic! My kids aged 8 and 14 had a blast. There is something to do everyday and what was even greater was that it was not so crowded since there are different pool areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on-site was yummy. We booked the 3 bedroom unit since we were going to LEGOLAND. The drive was about 30 minutes but it was all worth it. You don't get this type of space, price, and amenities closer. Russell, the owner is also very helpful and will answer your questions and concerns right away. For sure will return!!

As advertised the unit is clean, spacious, and well furnished. There is a pool and hot tub located with in just a short walk of the unit. There are also plenty of activities on property to keep the family content and occupied. Whether you stay on property and relax or you're looking to visit the parks. This is easily one of the best values in the area and the owner of this unit (Russell) is fantastic. If you are looking for a good safe place to relax that will satisfy travelers of all ages...... 402 Rum Run is the place!
