“Florida is wonderful 10 out of 10, The managment team unhelpful 1 out of 10”
Reviewed August 25, 2010

I have stayed in many wonderful clean Villas in Florida, always booked with the owners.
This time we booked flights car and villa as a package and we were disappointed with the service and villa. The carpets all over the Villa looked like some one had a food fight, 10 inch weeds growing out of the patio, netting around pool torn letting in insects. sound system that was promised in details did not work and neither did many of the tvs in this 7 bedroom villa.
None of these problems ruined our holiday as we love Florida too much but the worst thing was the lack of care shown to us by the (Management team) we would never stay at 330 vistapark again as the Mangers have no idea about customer service.
Always book with the owners, they care about their villas and can not afford bad reviews,
Hayley

We managed to book our villa through the owner which was so much easier. We stayed in villa 412. The villa was perfect, clean, spacious and the pool area was perfect. They have spent alot of money making the villa homely with lovely leather sofa's and huge comfy beds. The villa had 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. 2 of which are huge master bedrooms both with ensuites including jaquzzi baths and showers with free toiletries and clean white towels. The kitchen is well catered for with toasters, microwaves, huge american fridge, blender etc it also has a kitchen table and also a seperate dining room for family dinners. We are hoping to go back again next year to the exact villa. The villa is great for children and the pool area has alot of things to play with in the pool. It is close to all the disney parks if you hire a car and we thoroughly reccommend people visiting sea world we went there 4 times in our 3 week stay. It is also close to 2 Publixs and 1 walmart.

Overall i rate villa: 412 Vista View a 5* and a 10 out of 10 well worth every penny.

10 of us stayed comfortably in this spacious and clean home. It was even nicer than the photos. 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms - so very pleasant for a large group. The kitchen was spotless when we arrived. It's not exactly next door to orlando attractions but the drive is not awful either (about 30 minutes to the theme parks). The house was not stocked with much so we had to buy absolutely everything (toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, and cleaning products). We were there during a cold spell and the pool and spa heat could not keep up with the cold outside - so we were unable to use these amenities. Also, it was in the 30's at night and despite turning the heat on, the house never really felt warm (I had to wear my jacket around the house) - but I think that's probably because of the extreme cold weather for Florida.

Stayed for 3 weeks and didn't want to go home. Booked the villa directly from the owners after trolling through what seemed like 100's of websites to find the right 4 bedroom villa. This one had everything our family needed -Good central location close to the parks, private community with a night guard, office on the complex to check in/out, large house with a large pool and spa. We have stayed in Orlando villas several times but never had such a large decking area before - this was great for the kids to play in without disturbing my much needed R&R!! We'd been used to tiny little kidney shaped pools on a tiny yard area on previous holidays. Poolside bathroom was handy as was the electric BBQ. We ate in a lot and were pleased with the extensive range of kitchen utensils. The house was very very clean and had lots of DVD's,games and books to keep us all entertained. The owners had a great book with lots advice and telephone numbers for local restaurants which came in very handy. I read the other comments on trip advisor and think that I must have booked the same villa as Dan. We were at 225 Vistapark,a great find for us and we will definetely book with the girls who own it next trip.

We certainly enjoyed our stay at Vistapark Resorts last week. Our family arrived at different times due to the northeast snow storm. The staff provided us with extra high chairs, beds, and strollers and were very helpful and friendly. I was very graciously greeted by Donald after we had driven all night to get there and he immediately assisted us with all of our questions. The house was very clean, the instructional book very detailed, and the owner of our unit (230) was so nice and cooperative, we will be planning our next stay with him on our next trip to DISNEY. Happy New Year!

I have never been treated as rudely in my LIFE as I was during my stay here! The management of this resort, named Cindy, has no intent on handling a complaint made to her! When we went to her with some problems we were having with the home she threatened to call the police and charge us with harassment! The home was misadvertised as having things it did not have, it was not cleaned properly, it had less then desirable kitchen ware, we paid for pool heat but were only allowed to have it when the management thought we should have it, only half the grill works, there was a mildew and bug issue, the homes average temperature was 87 degrees, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom sounded as though someone was in the room banging on metal with a hammer, they claimed to fix it but all the repair they made did was make the hammering noise less noisy, we were told not to touch the pool equipment so when we called them to turn on the spa they never showed up, the pool was suppose to be heated when we arrived it was not, and when I was trying to read the information off their business license- because they refused to tell me the owner of the resort or how to contact them- she took the framed license off the counter and slammed it down behind the counter so I could not read it. People I cannot stress enough that you DO NOT want to stay here! There are to many choice in Florida to have to be treated in such a manner!!! The management company for this resort needs to realize that their customers of today could or could not be their customers of tomorrow! Which may explain why the rather small resort was so empty!!! I have been staying in Florida rental homes for years and I will NEVER stay at this resort again!!! The only pleasant person we meet there was the night weekend security guard, she was absolutely lovely and I believe the only person at this resort who truely done her job with dignity and respect!

Read the reviews on this development before I booked. Wasn't sure if I should stay here after reading a negative comment but I spoke directly to the owner before before booking and was assured that the rude member of staff was no longer employed there. The key is to book directly with an owner to get a personal service. The villa was immaculate, exceptionally well equipped and the staff we encountered were lovely, especially the security guard. She was a fountain of helpful information.
I have been to Orando 6 times and this was the best villa by far. The girls who own the 4 bedroom home we stayed in clearly have invested a lot of extras that give the place a friendly welcolming feel. Loved the privacy, made good use of the built in electric barbeque and played volleyball most days down in the public play area. We also loved the proximity to Walmart and our favourite restaurant,Applebees.
