This is a great family friendly townhouse. We stayed here for 5 nights and were amazed how quiet the rental/resort was considering how many people were staying at the resort. It was a nice set up for us as we stayed in the bedroom downstairs and our friends with their young daughter had the upstairs. (And we all had our own bathrooms). The townhouse had a nice, clean and relaxing interior. We really enjoyed it. Just to let you know tho that the sofa recliners aren't hooked up - and I don't blame the owner as people could break them quickly. The kitchen was a good size and had lots of plates, cups and pots/pans for what we needed. The only disappointing thing had nothing to do with our rental but with the pool. It looked so much bigger in the pictures and for the amount of people/kids in the lazy river we felt crowded. Also add to that rude people (adults not kids!!) with squirt guns/cannons that didn't care who's face they squirted and didn't like being asked to stop. However, our friend's little girl just loved the water slide and kept going on it for quite awhile. Our friends said the kids arcade was ok - nothing to get excited about. No one was there to "redeem" the tickets for them. I worked out in the exercise room and it was ok as well. Not quite what I was expecting to see. If you are hoping to use the spa - book it as soon as possible. We tried to get our wives in for a facial or massage and both the one in the resort and its partner in another resort was fully booked. Over all we enjoyed our stay at the townhouse.
My daughter wanted to spend her 18th birthday at Magic Kingdom and this property was part of the dream! Great location beautiful grounds nice lazy river. The accommodations were great! Hope to return again soon! And of course Disney was magical as always!
