The sweet potato fries were great. The grouper sandwich was pretty good, but rather small. Hamburger was excellent. Overall, good food, nice atmosphere, but fairly expensive. Well-staffed.

We ate here after a long day of diving. The food was awesome and the service was rushed but good. We will be back

The entrees we had were very good (my husband had the scallops, and I tried the Tamarind duck). The salads were average, but were not included with the meals (priced separately). The service was so-so, and there wasn't much in the way of ambiance - I would expect a lot more for the prices on their menu (we've spent the same $$$ in much nicer restaurants). But this is a "local landmark" so we had to try it at least once.

OK where to begin, this is one of the best places to eat in all of the keys. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I am a local and eat out at lots of different keys restaurants over the years and I go here often and have never had a bad meal. Every bite is perfection!!Totally totally awesome restaurant!!! Also The deserts are to die for!!!!!!!

We didn't really look twice at this place when we drove by it, but two locals we talked to on separate occasions mentioned that we should try it. The decor inside makes the place look brand new, but it's 11 years old. We're bar people so we grabbed the last two open seats, there looked to be a good wait for a table in the dining areas.
We ordered draft beers and the fried conch to start. It arrived in approximately 1 minute and was delicious! Very lightly battered, perfectly fried, and sitting in an amazing ponzu sauce. The wasabi drizzled in top was the perfect amount of spice, though it could have been cut with a little more ginger. Next was the mushroom ravioli in a cheese sauce. The ravioli was perfectly cooked, overall there was a great balance between the earthiness of the ravioli and the creaminess of the sauce.
We split the seafood stew...and oh, yum! Some would call it great, we would call it grand. Each piece of seafood was cooked to perfection: tender, juicy, fresh, and cut masterfully with the perfect amount of spice.
Drop in here and you'll be glad you did.
