You can have great food, but if you don't take care of the staff it is poisoning the well. Hires people under the table, and doesn't pay them until weeks later if at all. I have friends and family who have been taken advantage of, and treated horribly by Paul, and it is time someone said something. Nice man, but terrible business owner.
