Aug 13- Miami Spice. Palm D'Or was the most AMAZING dining experience in Miami, FL. It was perfection. The entire meal was like dining at Le Cirque in NY or LV. Then to my surprise, the Chef Gregory Pugin was from LV. Decisons, decisions ..we shared the entire menu and can only say "FANTASTIQUE !!"
The Sept menu will change and we'll dine again at Palme D'or.
The attentiveness and friendly services was a plus. If you like fine dining and a foodie, this is THE place to dine and visit the Biltmore Hotel.
Thanks to all at Palme D'or. See you soon.

This restaurant is one of the best restaurants we have eaten in anywhere.. And we travel considerably. Service is so good you fall in love with the staff as much as the food. Try the 5 course sampler and you will be heaven. The chef is beyond wonderful! Nothing disappoints . You get what you pay for and if you are going to spend for a five star restaurant you will know you will get 5 star dishes.

I am sure this place is a culinary mecca for a lot of people, but my husband and I were sorely disappointed. The portions were small, the menu was inadequate, and there was more "show and tell" than substance. Ambiance was great but it just didn't feel wholesome.

Not going back.

In searching for a location to showcase the history of Miami and to showcase its epicurean sophistication, we decided to invite friends to the La Palme D'Or a restaurant that we have visited over the years. We were rewarded with a magnificent meal, unusual wine pairings and great service by a team that was happy to meet any request.

We took advantage of the five-course tasting menu and thus sampled multiple dishes. Each course showcased a thoughtful preparation, with intense flavors that were bound together by exquisite sauces. One could taste the chef's roots in Southwest France as well as experience the Robuchon touch in each course. The sommelier Cindy, proved to be a wonderful guide to our wine selections. It was a pleasure to experience such professional yet approachable service. My only recommendation is that the team slow down the service a bit, so that diners can fully enjoy the experience.

My girlfriend and I had dinner at la Palme D'Or to celebrate last night and we loved it. We were curious to try their new Michelin award winning chef and were happy to select 5 very creative courses each with Grand Cru wine pairing, attentive staff, in a beautiful and romantic setting. It was a perfect night! We can't wait to return and were happy to see they are participating in Miami Spice, so it may be sooner rather than later.
