The food at the Biltmore Sunday Brunch is hands down the best brunch food I have ever had. I can't even describe how perfect it was. The service was abysmal, though, especially for a $100 brunch. My waiter was super busy, and certainly not slacking, but he definitely took care of his group of 10 vice me as a solo diner. My drinks were late or incorrect. They also moved the umbrella that blocked my sun to cover another table, so I baked in the extreme sun (ouch!). When I pointed out to a supervisor that i needed an umbrella, he said he would bring one, but never did. At the end, I spoke with the manager, and while he was nice, I had made it known that I really need some help to the staff during the meal, and it was simply very poor service. I was really looking forward to this experience and was very much let down. If you want an incredibly brunch, but don't mind poor service, then this is for you. If you think $100 is too much to pay for getting a horrible sunburn, avoid.
