A pretty average hotel. It was clean, & had a fairly nice partial ocean view from the 7th floor. Check in & out was quick & easy. Furnishings were well worn & the bed wasn't that comfortable, but I wasn't really expecting that. Outdoor entry to hotel rooms was acceptable for the few days I was there, but if it was raining & w/ the wind it could be miserable. Nice breakfast, quickly restocked.

After reviewing prices and amenities we decided on Hampton for its consistency and free breakfast. Because we had a rental car, we didn't need to worry about shuttles etc. so Hampton was good for what we needed. Breakfast was typical but well stocked even with a FULL hotel (Maven Launch). We did use their path to the beach which was a nice short walk, but did not use their outdoor pool although it looked very nice. Friendly staff and we did not experience any troubles while there.

Spent two nights to visit KSC and wanted ocean and pool options for the family. Short walk up the path to ocean. Nice clean warm pool. Clean spacious room with balcony. We were on the 7th floor with a nice view of the ocean. Standard Hampton breakfast but that was just fine for our plans.

Walking distance to several food options for lunch and short drive to a couple od nice restaurants.

We stayed here the night before our cruise. We've stayed at Hampton Inn before and it was what we expected. Our room had been recently updated so there weren't any complaints there. We had a nice view of the pool from our room but it looks like all rooms have this view...which is a lot better than a view of the parking lot! The staff was friendly upon check in/out and when we needed cab service. We didn't get a chance to use the pool so I can't comment on that. The breakfast was pretty standard for free hotel breakfasts and we weren't complaining! It was fresh, tasted good and refilled often. I thought this was an excellent deal for the price and location. For those that complain about having to trek through the walkway to get to the beach...you obviously don't live in an area with protected dunes. Having a hotel built right onto the beach means the beach will end up trashed, vegetation destroyed, and wildlife endangered. Having the hotel set back from the beach protects the natural setting. I had no complaints about this either. My only complaint would be our bathroom didn't seem to have a fan so the showers made our room steamy. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel before going on our cruise. The pool and business center were a plus. Great location with the Atlantic Ocean in the backyard! However, the nicest part of our stay was meeting Debbie, our hostess,at the complimentary breakfast. She was informative, caring and very personable. There's nothing like being in a stranger in a new locale and have someone there that makes you feel that you've known them all your life.

The hotel was full and, the staff was pleasant and efficient. The breakfast and coffee were very good. A short path led to the beach. The are many fine restaurants close by and many things to do including visiting the Kennedy Space Center
