This hotel is great if you want to make a quick pit stop here while you visit the Kennedy Space Centre, which is only about half an hour’s drive away. The hotel has its own access to the beach, which is beautiful and uncrowded. It also has a small swimming pool with an outdoors bar. The rooms are pretty big and very comfortable if dated, and the restaurant is ok with a limited choice for vegetarians (more pasta I’m afraid). In the other direction, you are only half an hour away from Melbourne which has a bit more to it than Cocoa Beach, including a mall. However, you might be fine not leaving Cocoa Beach at all, as it has its own fair share of restaurants. If you’re going to Cocoa Beach for longer than a couple of nights, bear in mind that there isn’t an awful lot to see and do around here unless you want to spend the whole time on the beach.

We stayed one night at the hilton in cocoa beach, bed and breakfast package. We splurged on the ocean view room. The room was in the corner and oddly laid out and cramped. We did not get the king bed we reserved. You could easily hear the outdoor patio music through the wall. The TV was old with dark picture you could not see unless the room was totally dark. Cheapest toilet paper I have ever seen.

The $25 breaksfast brunch was a cold continental breakfast you get free at any other hotel. We were allowed to order add ons from the menu which were not fully cooked and cold. Our waiter was inattentive and did not bring what was ordered.

The hotel is not walking distance to the pier where all the fun is. There was a nice outdoor bar and patio and the beach is close as expected with oceanfront. Save the money and move closer to the pier.

We stayed in a beachfront room for two nights and didn't want to leave. The staff was very friendly and accomodating and the room was clean and well furnished. We thought the bed was very comfortable and slept quite well. The view from our room was just breathtaking - we especially enjoyed watching the cruise ships depart at night with all their lights on and the moon shining on the ocean. Just beautiful. The beach was just a short walk from the hotel and was never very crowded. We would definitely go back to Cocoa Beach and make this Hilton our home base!

Hilton included a food coupon that paid for 2 days room service breakfast. Nice surprise!
