We have been here since friday and are leaving on wednesday. While on our stay we got married, as they knew that it was our honeymoon and was recommended to us by aaa as we had not previously visited the area. The non-chain hotel next door has a much better pool then the dinky pool that is here t the hotel. The oceanfront is very nice which is why we picked the hotel in the first place. The hotel did not do anything for it being out honeymoon. The hotel room is average size, nothing special. We were informed that there would be free wifi and definitely have to pay $10 a day to use their wifi(what a rip off). The bathroom constantly makes a loud noise and if you have the ac turned on while going to sleep it shuts off during the night and the room ends up really hot to the point we were sweating. The hotel staff seams to be very pleasant and helpful. For the hotel being a hilton it definitely does not seem like one.

I am a Hilton Honors Member. I was not warmly greeted. I was not offered bottled water upon check-in. I asked for a microwave and was informed "none of the rooms have a microwave". I had to ask for towels. The next day, after the room had been cleaned, I had to get coffee cups as no coffee cups were left in the room. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. The room was below avaerage for Hilton. My "oceanview" looked over the roof and out into the parking lot. The door between my room and the adjacent room had been poorly repaired and (?) painted shut. The carpet looked worn, overall an old hotel with old furnishings. Front desk staff never smiled.

This Hilton is overall a nice hotel, not new by any stretch but was well maintained. Nice bar area inside and by the pool. The location of this hotel is kind of by itself compared to the hotels closer to the pier, so you have to drive to get to other restaurants, etc. Room had a small fridge, decent size rooms.

Went for Memorial Day Weekend with my boyfriend as a last minute trip. The hotel check in was fine, but no mention was made about the jellyfish that had taken over Cocoa Beach that weekend. Now of course we don't fault the Hilton for Mother Nature's little joke on us, but a "head's up" would have been appropriate.
The room was nice, not four star nice, more of an above average three star. Room was clean, plenty of towels and a working refrigerator, coffeemaker and hair dryer as listed on hotel website. Bathroom amenties from La Source smelled wonderful!
We went to the beach (extra charge for chair rentals so we brought our own) and noticed no one was in the water. Walking along the beach and saw all the dead jellyfish and figured it out. Really, no flags or warnings on the blackboard? Not exactly a Hilton problem, more like a Cocoa Beach Patrol issue... whatever.
Back to hotel pool...pool towels were in constant supply, plenty of chairs on the sun deck, however the only pool was very crowded with LOTS of kids.
Skipped the pool and had drinks and lunch at the Tiki Bar. Food good, portions large and prices reasonable, drinks slightly pricey, service fun and attentive.

Pros: Decent and clean room. Good service
Cons: Only one small pool for all (would have liked a family pool and adults only pool)

We stayed two nights at this Hilton, one with Hilton Honors, one we paid for. I did request a room with a King bed and Ocean view. We got a room with two queen beds! I went to the Front Desk and spoke with Jay and Sabina, who very extremely kind, but could not get us the room we wanted. Considering we came on Sunday in the middle of a holiday weekend I understood the situation. The food was delicious and Jessica, the outside server, was excelent.

Room Tip: Go to Brano's Italian restraunt. Awesome food!

We stayed there for 5 nights June 2011. The hotel is ok if you get an oceanview room. The internet is $5 for 10 minutes!!! No discounts by hour or anything. I think thats excessive!

We stayed in April in an Oceanfront room and were disappointed by the condition of the room. The lobby was very nice, they had great and ample parking. The service to the beach (ie. rentals) was very good as well. However, our room was in bad condition. The carpet was torn and the bathroom was not the cleanest. We paid to have the ocean view - which was very nice - except our window was covered in bird poop so that is what we saw when we opened the curtains. The room was spacious but we expected more from a Hilton hotel, and certainly more than what we paid. The charge a premium for their rooms being on the water, but they don't keep them near well enough. I would say upon our return next year, we'll probably stay elsewhere.
