“Enjoyed the Condo and It's Location”

It was the closest we have stayed to the beach. We walked to the pier and you can walk to the Public's grocery store. If you like to walk, Ron Jon's is close. Wal Mart is a short drive. Disney World and Universal is an hour away. My wife does not care for the theme parks but me and our kids do. This is a great location, because my wife can stay at the beach and the kids and I can go to the theme parks. We did not eat out while we were here. Cooked in the condo and save lots of money on the food. We plan to stay here again.

“Great Location”

Condo is very comfortable, had all the amenities of home but the best is the location. The condo is not beach front but you are on the beach in one minute and a five minute walk from the street or the beach to be at the Cocoa Beach Pier. The condo is just within blocks of Ron Jon's Surf Shop and close to many restaurants.

The building is older but the condo has had some updates, large screen TV's in livingroom and both bedroom. Plenty of room for 5 to stay. There is a pool where some of the owners sit out but for us the beach was a better choice.

Management Response
Nov 13, 2015
I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Just to clarify for future guests, although the patio for this specific unit does not directly face the East towards the Ocean (it is on the side of the building) the building itself is right on the beach and has private gated access to the beach. As well, this unit does have a grass area off the patio.

“Best Location yet on Cocoa Beach”

We have been staying in Cocoa beach once a year for about 5 years. We have stayed in a few different places, and had never been totally satisfied with the accomodations. The places we stayed tended to look great in the pictures, and then when we would arrive it would not be as it was described.

When we initially arrived we again had similar expectations to our previous stays. The property looked very nice, and when we walked in we were shocked. Any initial hesitation was washed away as we began to explore. The interior was fabulous. every room had gigantic big screen TV's. The wi-fi was very fast, which is a first. The place was completely stocked with everything from coffee, filters, tea, all the way to a complete set of beach toys, umbrellas, noodles, beach chairs, Boogie boards, skim boards, laundry soap, and about anything else we might need besides personal care items. Our usual $300 Walmart run turned into a $30 Walgreens run.

When we read about the property, we thought 'waterside' was equal to beachfront. We were a little disappointed to not be able to see the ocean from the patio. At this point I might have rated the property 4 stars for this reason. However we came to find that we were as close to beachfront as is possible in Cocoa Beach(they actually care about the local wildlife at this place, hence the light restrictions and natural plant life). Once we stepped off the patio we realized we were literally 25-50 feet from the beach, and just as close to the pool. No more spending hours packing a beach cart, a margarita refill was 4 minute round trip. As well we had a large 'back yard' that was gated in. My 4 year old autistic son was free to safely play on the patio. When we stepped outside our door we discovered that right outside our door was a beautiful inner garden sanctuary with fountains, butterflies, large colorful pinwheels, etc. Our son was ecstatic, and the usual chore of unpacking with him running circles around us became much easier. The pool was impressively large and had a full range of depths, the water was perfect temperature and it was obviously meticulously cared for. I never saw a single leaf or bug in the pool, which is a first.

Overall this was definitely the best experience we have had staying in rental property at Cocoa Beach. We will definitely be coming back!

“Close to beach, clean pool, ground floor unit.”

Ground floor unit was very convenient. Didn't have to worry about dragging things up stairs or not having space to move outside. TVs in every room. Pool was great. 8' deep end was nice and the water was very warm. Pier is within walking distance and the beach has lifeguards on lookout. Plenty of towels in the room. There was a small grill in the unit that we used to cook steaks. The only bad thing about grilling is you have to grill near the dumpster area. A little smelly, but it worked.
Kitchen was fairly well-equipped. Tips: bring cooking spray, seasonings, Tupperware, saran wrap, etc. if you intend to stay in to eat. You don't usually think of those things until you are ready to cook. Also didn't have a cutting board, or spatula that we could find. Minor things we just bought on our own.

“Great Condo”

This is a great place to stay I love Cocoa Beach. The accommodations here, you can't beat.. all you need is your toiletries your clothes and food. Having the washer and dryer was wonderful even soap and fabric softener, dishwasher soap, hand soap in the bathrooms, beach towels, beach chairs, any kind of beach toys you can think of, noodles for the pool, the wifi and the big screen TVs
.. there is no view of the ocean from this unit. But it takes literally 45 seconds to be on the beach... the only thing I looked for and couldn't find while I was there was a cutting board.. they have almost thought of everything... we had a little problem with our cable but Drew took care of it and it was fixed the next morning by 10 a.m.... it was Bright House, not a problem with the TVs
My only complaint is
. While they are pet friendly and allow you to bring your pet. Your pet is not allowed to step on any of their grass and there is no designated place for your dog to go potty, no place to run and play.we had to take him out around the perimeter of the parking area... Although my little guy did like laying in front of the doors watching the people.
We will be back.
