Pier has several restaurants and bars, each with it's own character, as well as a gift/beach essential shop. Walking 1/2 the pier is free and a place to watch the beach and surfers. A dollar or two per person for the extended pier - well worth the buck. Out at the end of the pier is a tiki bar which is a lot of fun.

Watching the surfers, fishermen and pelicans is good but it's a dollars each just to walk to the end of the pier. The food options available a simple but effective. It is a shame much more isn't made of the pier and it's a bit grubby

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Cocoa Beach Pier.

As always comments both positive and negative are appreciated to assist improving the pier for future guests.

Yes, there is a small fee to go all the way to the end of the pier however; this fee is waived with any receipt from a purchase made at the pier that day, including parking.

The new owner of the Cocoa Beach Pier, Westgate Resorts, has been working to renovate the pier and bring in a lot of new and exciting features. We recently opened our newly remodeled restrooms and installed several big screen TVs.

Next time you are in the area stop by and see what’s new.

Sincerely,
Anja

Nice enough place though the selection of facilities and food options are a bit limited. At the far end of the pier it is very entertaining watching the surfers, some of whom are better then others.
If you love beaches then it is a good day out but don't expect much more than beach life.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Cocoa Beach Pier with others here on TripAdvisor.

On the pier we do offer a few restaurants and shops, equipment rentals, bait and tackle shop, live entertainment, and special events.

It was gratifying to read that you found the end of the pier and being able to watch the surfers to be entertaining.

We would love for you to join us during our next event or surfing competition so you can see how much fun the pier can truly be.

Sincerely,
Anja

We did a quick visit to the Pier while in the area. There is a couple of souvenir shops and a restaurant there. There is a $1 charge per person to go all the way out. Beach area around the pier looked nice.

This great, old pier, has the best of everything, in my view. A long walk with lots of Pelicans (one thought I was his momma and grabbed me by the neck with his beak because people feed them! It didn't hurt and was a hugely funny experience), fishing from the pier, great views, nice employees, and the usual. A good quality, older restaurant, gift shops with local owners and more. I love walking under the pier during storms to watch the waves hit the pylons and beach. Afterward, there are often things to find and once we found a note in a bottle. Mind you, like all beaches now, you'd do well to take a bag to collect plastic trash. My only wish is that humans would respect this planet more and not leave broken glass and field strip their butts (strip and shred cig and cigar ends or take them with you. Animals think they are food!). Best beach ever!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review and description of the Cocoa Beach Pier.

First we would like to point out that we are happy to hear that you were not injured by the pelican and that it turned out to be something funny to look back on.

Here at the pier we try to offer a little bit of everything to be desired at the beach; places to grab a bite to eat, have a drink, rent beach equipment, go fishing, see live entertainment, purchase beach gear, or just to take in the view.

We certainly appreciate that you have taken the time to explore the pier and all that it has to offer.

Our staff eagerly awaits your return!

Sincerely,
Anja
