We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice to stay in this house! What a fabulous place! The house was nicely decorated and well stocked, but the LOCATION was the best part! We could walk to the beach, walk to restaurants and night life, Cape Canaveral and Orlando were just a short drive away ... we had such an amazing time. We would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area - even if Orlando is your destination. This place is well worth the drive!
These cottages are just adorable. We stayed along with our two college aged kids. It is very cozy but comfortable. Only two blocks to the beach with a surf shop along the way makes for great fun. Several restaurants within walking distance. Just love Jazzies seafood right across the street. It is super casual and fun. Sit outside! Just park your car and walk everywhere you need to go. Owners and caretakers are very gracious. I will definitely be back.
This Cocoa Beach cottage is perfect. It is close to restaurants and quaint little bars. The beach is across the street. Everything you need is at your fingertips: all kitchen needs, linens, BBQ grill, washer/dryer, 3 TVs. There is a lovely back yard with a porch as well as a front porch. I have rental properties myself so tend to be critical, however there is not one thing I Would change at this property. Randy and his wife (the onsite property caretakers) are there to assist in any way. I highly recommend this bungalow. You will be about 40 notes from the space center ( we even saw a launch from our front yard. You will enjoy your time here.
We had a blast staying in the cottage. It was truly a home away from home. Thank you for all the accommodations.
The cottage was a couple blocks from the ocean and restaurants and shopping was within walking distance as well!
This cottage is great. First, the location is ideal, a block to the beach and about a block to downtown Cocoa, full of independent eateries, shops, etc (no chains!). There is literally no need to drive once you've arrived, if you don't want to. Also, the cottage itself is wonderful -- the quality of everything in it is far higher than your normal rental (e.g. very good mattresses, very good knives in the kitchen). And Debra is wonderful; she left us a box of chocolates for Christmas and a bottle of champagne for New Year's! Those sorts of extra little touches make a huge difference. The backyard is cute and fenced in, so good for the dogs. There is a washer and dryer (and they even provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for you!). This is our second time staying in one of the cottages, and it won't be the last. If you're the type looking for glitzy hotels and Outback Steakhouse, this is probably not the place for you, but if you want a charming, independent, individual, adorable place to stay, with lots of local cafés, a fishmarket across the street, etc. you'll love it!
