I am a road warrior and have had dinner at many, many Hilton properties. This one ranks among the worst. Our server was rather clueless. The appetizer arrived with dinner and was barely warm. Indeed, all our food was warm at best. The so called award-winning chowder was lukewarm and not that exciting. The fried calamari was barely warm.
We ordered salads with added chicken. The ones that were supposed to have mixed greens came with green leaf. The added chicken was cold and very dry. It had obviously been precooked. We ordered the beef medallions medium but were served rare. None of the plates were hot.
Our overall meal was expensive for what we got. 3 wishes is good for breakfast, but worthless for dinner.
