Great location, clean grounds and clean rooms. lovely waterfall to enjoy while eating breakfast.
Just a few steps to the beach. Pleasant staff This motel allows pets, saw dogs but did not hear dogs. Nights were quiet. no loud guests

Room Tip: East rooms, facing the ocean, Noise from pier not so loud, when doors are closed

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay here! We had our dogs with us and they have a great area for them to walk and do their "business" and a station is provided so we could clean up after them too! The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is really good (yummy bacon & scrambled eggs)and our room was much more than we had expected! The beds were truly comfy so we enjoyed a good nights sleep! We also enjoyed a nice dinner at the Atlantic Ocean Grille and drinks/music afterwards at Oh Shucks on the CB pier next door, was nice being able to walk there!!! Although this being an ocean front property and the price is quite a bit higher than the LQ at Cape Canaveral...I highly recommend staying here in an ocean front room and paying the extra $ because it was well worth it! We will definitely return to this property.

We had some unpleasant surprises at this hotel. No manager on duty Sunday or Monday on a holiday weekend, FYI
1.hotel is next to a pier, which played LOUD live music until 11:30pm last night
Multiple phone calls to the front desk were futile. The next day the front desk told me that the night staff should have called the pier because they are not supposed to play after 11pm.
The staff is untrained, and in any case, we were not informed that there would be late night music here.
2. There were two very dirty towels in our bathroom. Gross. Again, untrained, uncaring staff.
3. Tv reception terrible
4. Internet reception spotty, u have to keep logging back in with the pw, annoying
5. No parking, the people going to the beach park up the lot during the day
6. The room entryways are "outside" , more like a motel than a hotel, no security, it felt unsafe
7. No room safe
8. The pier is seedy and run down, I know it has nothing to do with the hotel, but u should know before u go, it's a hang out & creepy & right next to the hotel
9. Barking dogs at the hotel
10. We kept hearing chairs scrap the wood floors in the room above us
The good: hotel is on the beach, the pool looks nice, the breakfast was basic but ok. They kept running out of everything, the bed was comfy, the room had a fridge and microwave, the room was nicely furnished but had one of those wall unit ac's which is noisy & leaked water all over the little balcony
Bottom line: there are better choices if peace and quiet are important to you

Room Tip: Unless u like late night loud music, I would stay away

We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to post both reviews. Given that it was Labor day weekend in addition to The anual Cocoa beach surf feast it is clear that noise might have been an issue.
I would be grateful for the opportunity to speak with you direct. Please feel free to conatct the Hotel direct at any time,

Sincerely,
Alison

very nice hotel (we just stayed two nights prior at Carribean beach disney) - this was reasonably priced and included breakfast, coffee in the lobby with Real milk (not powder). DIrectly on the beach by boardwalk, next to Cocoa beach pier, easy to find.
only down side was we were told they had cots but upon arrival found they did not.

Staff were super friendly and smiled alot. room was clean. we had an east facing balcony to see the ocean. we had a partial view reserved but they upgraded us to a full view. definitely recommend. small fridge in room so that was good; not far from grocery store.
loved the outdoor shower to rinse off.

unlimited towels to use at pool and beach.

and - ask for boogie boards or beach chairs - sometimes other guests leave them behind!

Room Tip: full ocean view upper floor

We booked an oceanfront king room, but I think you could save and get the ocean view which would be just as good if it is a high floor, a much better value. The balcony is small, and you have plastic chairs and a table, but that is it! The bathroom comes with hairdryer and nice shampoo and soap amenities, but it is lacking in both an exhaust fan and space for any of your cosmetics, very small and basic. There is a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker, and this makes me think this is more for people traveling through or a budget minded getaway. This is not a fancy place, but clean!
The included breakfast is abundant with sausage, waffles that you make with belgium waffle irons, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, and cereals, and if you want you can eat outside on a deck type area with pretty plants. There were supposed to be eggs...but they ran out!!!
The front desk friendly, parking convenient, towels for the pool very convenient.

Room Tip: I would ask for a high floor ocean view...

This hotel is located very convenient to Kennedy Space Center and the view of the beach is breathtaking! The staff, rooms, pool area, everything was great. The only low spot on our stay were chain-smokers blowing smoke in our faces from other balconies--we had a stunning view of the full moon rising over the ocean--but when smoke gets in your eyes, it's not as romantic! The pier was fun, too and the lunch we enjoyed there very nice--with a great view of the beach but in a/c comfort! Really, everything was excellent!
