“very adult friendly”
Reviewed September 1, 2013

Very adult friendly...a place that is not screaming with the ron jon crowd! Yes they do have children that stay here but is not over run as the rest of the motels and hotels around cocoa beach. It is nice to have a weekend getaway that has a wine and cheese social...Breakfast with quiche and apricot breads...nice amenities (and rockers on your porch too)!....It is so easy to walk to the beach come back to the pool, take a nap and then enjoy the social hour and out for dinner!!We just hope it always stays quaint!!!!!The rooms are not over the top but clean. They do need to work on better ac....and noise from other rooms but because of the clientele that stays at this inn it is not annoying...

Room Tip: need to decide on bed size this is very limited

This place is so cute. The staff were very friendly. The place is spotless, which is amazing considering it is so close to the beach, which is gorgeous !! Nice breakfast, complimentary wine and cheese at 5pm, is a nice touch. Definitely will return .

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights for our anniversary, we really enjoyed it.
The rooms were on the small side, but it wasn't bad for a couple of nights. They were very clean which is my biggest concern. Breakfast was very good we got quiche and homemade breakfast bread every morning with options of fresh fruit, and other goodies.. I really liked the atmosphere, it was relaxing and was more of an adult hotel not alot of kids running around the pool. The staff was very pleasant also which is a plus. My only recommendation is they need towel hooks and racks in the room and bathroom.

We had a great time at the Inn. The rooms are small but very comfortable. The beach was beautiful. Great restaurants in the area. The happy hour with wine and cheese is a real plus. The hotel let us stay beyond checkout at the pool/beach. There is a very nice changing room with a shower. We will
go back again when we are in the area.

The hotel's rooms were all decorated differently, and were different sizes. We were thrilled with the decor and size of our room on the second floor. The staff were very hospitable and accommodating . There were peaceful nooks and crannies all over the place to relax, and plenty of shady spots. The wine and cheese in the evening, and breakfast with quiche and fruit were nice touches included with the room.

Room Tip: Poolside room was small -upgrade was well worth it,

We had a couple of relaxing days here in July. It was quite quiet but there was still plenty going on. The room was good although the air con was very noisy and did wake us up occasionally. The pool was very nice and the staff at the hotel were brilliant. The inclusive breakfast was very pleasant and the honour bar is a really nice thing to see. There was free wine and cheese each evening at 5pm. The beach which was reached by a walkway from the hotel was beautiful with great swimming.

All in all this was a lovely hotel which I would love to be able to visit again in the future.

We (late 20s couple) stayed for a few nights in July. Probably could have stayed somewhere cheaper but tbh the nice breakfast and lovely staff added to the experience. Room was a little old fashioned but that's what you get when not going to a chain. The AC worked which is the only important amenity! Breakfast and honour bar very good, only complaint was that our room had an inter joining door and the people next door were pretty noisy. But it happens. All in all I would recommend as a nice alternative to chain hotels. Oh and the dogs are adorable :-)

Room Tip: We were on a ground floor room 107 I believe. Wasn't sure at first about our bedroom door facing...
