We have stayed at this hotel many times and have never been disappointed. The management and staff are wonderful, the daily home-cooked breakfasts to die for, the rooms are comfortable and the ones with balconies have a great ocean view. Tango and Tangee (the two resident parrots) add a great touch as does the daily wine and cheese reception which gives you the opportunity to meet other guests. It is centrally located to a number of shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel and wil definitely stay again when we return to the Florida coast.

Room Tip: Ask for one with the ocean view from the second floor overlooking the pool. Great sunrise view!!

The reviews are correct, the place is a gem with a warm welcoming staff attentive to your needs. A great location overlooking the beach, we slept with out balcony door open listening to the sound of the waves splashing on to the beach. Just a perfect spot to visit Orlando, about 50 minutes to Universal and easy access to NASA. The only downsides are all minor:the lighting in the rooms is lacking, their is no cereal for the small kids at breakfast (egg quiche, fresh homemade breads and fresh fruit) and their is no refrigerator in the room. Highly recommend.,

Room Tip: Make sure you go for elevation, the view is fantastic.

Great location, beautiful grounds and pool, love the convenience of the honor bar (no tipping on every drink); great to have breakfast provided every morning (although some variety for those staying more than more three nights would be a nice change.) very friendly staff and quiet compared to most places at spring break.

Two teenagers pluss my mother and god mother (who snores) were promised a 4 person room with ocean view over the phone three times. When we arrived we were stuck in a room with a view of the dumpsters which were overflowing with old mattresses and NO ocean view. Also, the 4 of us had 1 king bed and 1 twin pullout sofa that the springs were breaking through. Not to mention when we asked the desk for anything else politely, they refused to move us but yet charge us $200 extra for an extra person since it was only a 2 person room. Our porch lights did not work, and we had to get our own bathroom towels every day. After loving this place 5 previous times,I no longer recommend whats so ever.

My girlfriend and I while on Spring Break from college stayed two nights here while we were road tripping from New York to Florida and back. The room itself was great, the bed was comfortable and overall no issues with the room itself.
We attended the complimentary Wine and Cheese Hour and were amazed at how rudely we were treated. When we arrived there was only one chair and the middle cushion of the couch. It took a few minutes for us to get a seat and then after we realized on person who was in a chair and didn't offer it to us was the hotel manager (he should be standing not the guests!). After we sat down we each had a glass of wine and some cheese, but immediately when we sat down the manager started explaining about how he hates college students and anyone under the age of 25. I am sorry that I fall into that criteria, but that glass of wine was my first drink, didn't have any the night before and didn't do anything to be put in the category of "obnoxious college kid." We each finished our wine without even being greeted by the manager and left because we were being criticized for something we couldn't control.
Then when checking out we had an issue with the desk. I called ahead to inquire about using a gift card on a package deal and the person I spoke with said that was completely fine and booked it for me. When we checked out the desk worker said we couldn't. I specifically called and asked, I wouldn't of stayed without the gift card. After about 10-15 minutes the desk worked got in touch with the manager who just said accept the gift card, but she told us at least 5 times that its not allowed. I'm sorry the first person was wrong, but if i was quoted one price it needs to be honored, discuss the problem later with the boss.
In the long run the hotel was great, just could use respectful workers. I would recommend this to an older person, but if your under the age of 25 beware, because the manager will criticize you for being a customer. Would have probably returned in the future, but with how the manager treated us, will probably go elsewhere.

We recently stayed at this property for 5 nights,, Our sons high school team was playing baseball in the area and we did not want to stay in the same hotel as his team.. We usually try to stay at a hotel that has a few more amenities then this one but Cocoa Beach has a shortage of 4 and 5 star properties...I thought the cost was a pricey for a standard room 170.00 a night but the hotel was sold out and i was told it was busy season. Our standard room was small but very clean and comfortable but the cherry on top was the oceanview private balcony that also overlooked the pool and the well tended landscaping. We spent as much time as we could with a glass of wine enjoying this feature. Really lovely common rooms, wine and cheese every evening at five and complimentary breakfast in a stunning indoor/outdoor breakfast room added to the charm of this hotel...they made you feel like you really were their GUESTS. Only negative was it would have been nice to have a little variation of the breakfast menu and a young inexperience night desk attendant was unable to correct a problem for us and we had to wait for manager to attend to it in the morning( we were given a room with a wrong size bed). I would highly recommend this weel taken care of property..

Room Tip: 2nd floor standards was perfect for most things!!

I have been here many times, this last trip was disappointing. The chipped toilet seat-yuk-c'mon replace it. The room didn't seem very clean-black hair on our sheets the first night. We had a beautiful balcony but when we sat in the rocking chairs we got black/green dirt all over us. The sheets were worn out and when it got cold there was no blanket just a very thin coverlet. Even with all of these issues we still managed to enjoy this beautiful place-Please step it up you have so much going for your place.
