“Charming Old Style Florida Town”
Reviewed December 18, 2013

A walk through Cocoa Village (not to be confused with Cocoa Beach) is a step back in time among narrow streets, boutique shops, and quaint restaurants.

There is a waterfront park suitable for picnics, the Cocoa Playhouse and an old fashioned hardware store, that predates Lowes and Home Depot. Hardware.

Plenty of free parking in the public parking lot adjacent to the old town, except when street fairs are in progress. Street parking is usually available nearby.

“Quaint Riverside Village”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

I love to meander around Cocoa Village, there are such a variety of shops and restaurants. The shop owners/workers are all friendly and welcome you through the door. I often don't buy anything, and never feel pressured to do so. Don't miss the side streets, there are some great shops along them.

There is a nice boardwalk down along the river, not very long but a nice stroll.

Cocoa Village has so much to offer, they do alot of special events.

“Walking Cocoa Village”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

This is a great place to visit. Lots of little shops with lots of neat items. Great for all ages. All kinds of different stores, live theater, bank, pet shop. There's a park to play in, water fountain, and you can walk along the Indian river. Lots of fun.

“A charming place for a walk on the Indian River or a day of shopping!”
Reviewed November 25, 2013 via mobile

Cocoa village is a great place to get lost for a few hours. There are many little stores to explore, multiple places to eat good food and overall a nice place to just take a stroll and get some fresh air. There is a walkway all through the village or you can walk along the Indian river. There is a playground for the kids, sand volleyball court and a water fountain to play in on hot days. Very often there are Art and Craft Festivals to explore. You can check their website to see upcoming events. I would recommend Cocoa Village if you are looking for something to do on a nice day in Florida.
